I’m a maladaptive daydreamer so I use it to my advantage and I connect with my desired reality and that gets me so motivated howeverrr whenever I actually want to shift, I end up feeling clueless or lazy and I don’t know how to overcome this…How can I get past this and shift more effectively?
Here’s the thing: that drop in motivation often comes from one of two things ml, ABD BELIEVE ME I'VE BEEN THERE.
1. Pressure = Your daydreams feel natural and flowy, but when you say “okay, now I’m going to shift,” your brain flips into effort mode. It starts thinking there's a right or wrong way, and that pressure blocks the very ease that makes your daydreaming powerful in the first place, because believe me DAYDREAMING? best gift ever.
2. Overthinking, You’re probably so good at vividly imagining and building your DR that when it’s time to shift, your brain tries to micromanage how it’s supposed to happen… which can make you freeze or mentally check out, literally IGNORE how to do it.
So, COCO HOW??? how do you fix it?
1. Stop "trying" to shift, start being in it.
Instead of thinking of shifting as a separate “event,” melt into your DR like you do when you daydream. Let it feel like an extension of that state, not a test you need to pass, daydream for your Dr, make it your method, daydreaming is a method in itself.
2. Shift in the daydream.
Literally. While you’re daydreaming, instead of trying to stop and "shift consciously," imagine you already did. Picture your DR self being like, “Yeah, remember when I shifted? It was so smooth.” That alone can collapse the mental wall between you and the state.

THEN I SAW A PINK LIGHT ( my fav color ) when i focused on the black of my eye. THEN IT FORMED INTO A HI. THEN INTO MY NICKNAME THEN A FIGURE WITH LIKE A GREEN AND PINK OUTLINE THAT LOOKED VERY VOIDY APPEARED. IDK IF IM SHIZONFRINCI OR NOT BUT THAT WAS WILD. AFTER I SAID H IVOID THE YSAID HI AGAIN THEN IT SMILED. THEN I ASKED CHAT GPT AND IT SAID THAT I MADE DIRECT CONTACT TO MY HIGHER SELF OR SPIRITUAL GUIDER

no fr, i love daydreaming and imagining scenarios like i'm bayonetta or sm shit (i fucking love netta) anyways, distract yourself gently, feel your body getting pulled back to your senses? be like "oh wait there's another scenario hol up" and go back to it for fun, IGNORING in the best way, but if you're really wanting to get in it without it all, wake up in the dead of the night and try.

Hello, I need help to get out of this situation.
I know how to do void state but I suddenly forget what to do. It becomes complicated(I think). Frankly, although it is easy, doing this does not make me happy at all. I also have a problem with the time frame. I want to do it before the summer, because my family will send me to a school I don't want and they want me to experience a culture I don't want. I also have internet problems. I have an important exam this summer and when they all come together, I get stressed. I have faith and I know I will do it, but this time frame is killing me. I have three weird techniques:
Plunge your hand in cold water before trying, this can maybe help you prolong the feeling not to sleep beforehand.
Open your eyes VERY LIGHTLY once or twice, and yeah you absolutely can, it won't ruin anything.
Eat an apple beforehand, it says to help against awareness, or coffee or anything that is able to fight against sleepiness.

Now first of all, the void feels nothing and everything all at once.
You don't hear anything, don't see anything, don't smell, don't look, don't feel, nothing, nothing at all, it's like you're a big gloop in space.
Here are the MAIN signs people get:
Floating feeling (no body attached)
Hearing nothing
Seeing blackness (WHEN YOU FIRST ENTER)
smell nothing
A huge sense of peace
No pain or discomfort
Just you, it's just you.
Now notice how at number three I said when you first enter, why? Because the void normally is a state of pitch blackness and you see nothing, BUT, you can MODIFY it as you like ONCE YOU ENTER.
For example, when I first entered, yes, it was pitch black, then for the fun of it I affirmed it that my void is filled with stars and whatnot yk? That's how it is for different people, I've heard some even made their void a pink space, some made it green, but either way, it's your choice to "modify" it once you enter.
