Habits of people living in blue zones:

-drinking tea

-eating till 80% full

-drinking alcohol in moderation

-social bonding

-no strenuous exercise but moving everyday

-low stress

-low meat consumption

Okinawan diet:

-rich in tofu, sweet potatoes, fish (3 times a week), vegetables (at least 11 ounces per day)

-served in 4 small plates and 1 slightly bigger plate
