id love for someone to please explain to me how i ended up terrified of any kind of intimacy while craving it constantly all at the same time
I AM NOT A DIETICIAN. HOWEVER..
CARBS ARE SO IMPORTANT !!! THEY ARE A FANTASTIC SOURCE OF ENERGY AND HELP REGULATE OUR NERVOUS SYSTEM.
IN GENERAL, CARBS BURN FASTER. SO THEY MAKE A FANTASTIC SOURCE OF QUICK ENERGY TO PAIR ALONG WITH YOUR MEALS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE ACTIVE OR NEED TO GET GOING.
I HIKE PRETTY OFTEN, AND I ALWAYS BRING SOME SORT OF CARB (BREADS, CRACKERS, CEREAL, ETC) AND CHEESE ALONG FOR A SIMPLE SNACK. AND THAT DOES ME FANTASTIC.
IN THE EVENINGS I USUALLY HAVE PASTAS OR RICE PAIRED WITH A PROTIEN (USUALLY HIGH IN IRON) AND A VEG. I ALSO SNACK ON FRUITS THROUGHOUT THE DAY. IT HAS DONE WONDERS FOR MY MIND AND BODY, EVEN AS SOMEBODY WHO IS ANEMIC.
OUR ANCESTORS ATE WHAT THEY ATE FOR A REASON !!!!!!!!!!
