I was supposed to be doing something else, but I made concept art for my apocalypse au instead.
Today is International Chameleon Day. To celebrate, I drew my favorite chameleon of all time in the silliest style and pose my tired brain could come up with. Enjoy the scraggly stick boy.
Day 7: Yeehaw!/Free Prompt
Team Chaotix = Cool
Cowboys = Cool
Cowboy Chaotix = Double Cool
I think cowboys are cool and decided why the heck not? Enjoy Espio and Vector in jeans/chaps.
In all seriousness though, thank you @team-chaotix-week for hosting this! This whole event was so fun! This is the first art/writing challenge I've ever participated in, and I'm so glad it was for a set of some of my favorite characters! It was so much more fun than I expected! I discovered so many awesome artists and writers! I was even inspired to improve on my weak points in both art and writing because everything everyone was making was so cool! It was super fun to see the different and creative takes on the prompts! Overall, a solid 100/10 would absolutely do again!
Day 6: Home
I thought this would be a fun way to portray it. I also just love how vastly different all of their hand sizes are.
Day 5: Mystery - The Case of Mighty and Ray
This was rushed because I changed my idea super last second, but I’m overall pleased with it given the amount of time that went into it.
Day 2: Teamwork
Sometimes teamwork is cracking down a case; sometimes it's counting up rent.
I have a martial arts tournament in one and a half days. It is too dark for me to practice outside, and I don’t have enough space to practice inside. I compromised by drawing Espio performing the weapon form I am entering for competition, Nihon No Nunchaku.
Day 1: Noir
IT’S TEAM CHAOTIX WEEK, BABY! I’ve been so hyped for this. So hyped! I can’t wait to see what everyone came up with!
Anyways, since noir movies are typically filmed in black and white, I wanted to go for a literal black and white drawing.
So uh… I accidentally made a fan kid. A massive shocker to me since I don’t even ship anyone, but now I have this Sonamy fankid on complete accident. I named him Ace because I think it’d be cool. The only reason he really exists is because I thought the idea of having light blue quills with a lavender-ish shine to them would be cool. I also like the idea that he has the carefree attitude of Sonic while being super touchy and lovey with his friends. This boy thrives on physical touch. Always leaning or slinging his arm around someone.
Tails’s lineup has been completed! He probably has the most diversity appearance-wise across all of my AUs.
Closeups because zooming in to read sucks:
Wanted to draw Silver’s and Espio’s friendship in my Chaotix Household AU. The spite is mutual.
Tails and Espio tied for second so I flipped a coin. Espio is now finished! Next up: Tails!
Closeups because zooming in to read sucks:
Silver is done! Three lineups down; about… ten more to go probably. Possibly more than that. But it’s fine because it’s fun! Silver does have a star next to him in the Guardian AU, and that means he’s the main focus of that au.

I made a Sonicsona! I’ve been working on this for a couple days and decided I was going to make myself a turtle! Sonic could use more reptiles anyways, and I based them off of my favorite turtle species, the diamondback terrapin!
I went simple with markings and stuff since that seems to be the style. But woo! First ever sona for something!
Quick ramble about thoughts and details I put into it.
I used a lot of things I love to make this little guy. Turtles are my favorite animals of all time. I also love the color blue and any teals. I think purple eyes is top tier character design plus it was a way to include my second favorite color. I love high/mid top shoes to the point where they’re pretty much all I ever wear. Had to include headphones because I wear them everywhere. I also chose to include the wristband I’ve worn every day for five and a half years now. Also, every pair of gloves I own are fingerless. The only full gloves I had have been missing for two years.
Ramble over! Only excitement now!
Some sketches I did to get a feel for Kit’s design.
I drew Kit playing in the rain because I thought it would be fun and I wish to do that same. Also experimented with assets in my art program.
I wanted to include the sketch as well because there’s a niceness to it. Just the simplicity of it makes me happy.
I wanted to try something with my Guardian AU to just get a feel to how lending power/abilities may present themselves. Can the others see the giant Mighty? No, but it’s still cool nonetheless!
Decided to give Mighty the same treatment as Ray. It was once again very fun!
Closeups because zooming in to read sucks:
I wanted to draw Ray in all the AUs/ultra specific scenarios I have. It was honestly quite fun!
Close ups below because zooming in to read sucks:
Headcanon time! To help Ray’s gliding endurance, Mighty would essentially use him as a kite on windy days.
Currently have that Mighty and Ray brain rot.
This is unrelated to my usual Sonic stuff, but I drew my D&D character. His name is Tec.
I want to see what happens when she fricking snaps.
Genuinely probably the most fun I’ve had when designing a character. Taking my precious puppers and turn her into a Sonic character! She likes to run around in the woods a lot, so I gave her clothing for that. Would highly recommend doing this if looking for an art prompt. I just desperately beg that you tag me or something because I want to see your pet(s).
And this wouldn’t be complete without the lovely lady that inspired this.
Dreaming of an absolution and endless blue skies.
Just a reminder.
Team Sonic doodle page!
Children say out-of-pocket things sometimes. Charmy is not an exception.
Some Espio doodles because why not.
