I give you… Akutagawa as Ashitaka!! (A continuation.)

I tried that scanning thing again and it actually isn’t too bad. (besides the fact that it took me nearly 30 minutes to scan bc of the high dpi lol)

(And yes, I basically just looked up a bunch of photos of Ashitaka and drew Akutagawa in his place, but the poses are iconic!!!! I typically try to draw my own poses as much as possible, but this was a must! I assure you that I did not trace in the slightest.)

What if Akutagawa was like Ashitaka, but he rode a horse instead of a red elk?? Just me?? Ok I’ll shut up now….

I tried sketching Prince Ashitaka from Princess Mononoke. I did a much better job with the head studies (the only thing I can do well other then horses.)

Yakul looks more like a horse tbh. The back legs look good, but those front ones… ick…

Anyway, I had fun with these. It was a little hard to try replicating the Ghibli style, but it was a good exercise. ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧

Hatte einen Post über die TKKG Episode „Hinterhalt am schwarzen Fels“ gesehen und der Part mit dem Wolf heulen von Tim hat eine wilde Idee bei mir gefestigt:

Tim als Prinzessin Mononoke und dann Gabi als Ashitaka (der Typ von Prinzessin mononoke halt) und dann halt der Plot des Filmes aber halt mit dieser Änderung…

War einfach dieser Sprung von Wolf zu Prinzessin mononoke der extremst Sinn für mich gemacht hat lol
