Canadian Apple Pie - Desserts
Recipe for the best Apple pie ever ππ₯§
- 150 ml milk π₯
- 400g spelt flour πΎ (or regular flour if you donβt like it)
- 150g raw cane sugar π€
- a pinch of salt π§
- 3/4 apples π (depending on the size of the apples)
- 150g butter π§
- vanilla essence π¦(depending on your preference)
- 20/22g baking powder π€
- 3 eggs π₯
- powdered sugar π€

1) mix melted butter and sugar together
2) add the eggs, one at a time, milk and vanilla essence (mixing after every addition)
3) add both flour and baking powder (well sifted) and the the pinch of salt
4) add some apple pices cut in little pices to the mixture (optional)
5) decor the top with apple slices
6) bake at 180 celsius degree for 30 minutes (but every open is different so check on it every once in a while please β€οΈ)
7) serve it with powdered sugar
