adam 'frank' barrett headcanons
i'm gonna be so honest, this is INCREDIBLY short. i'm not sure if anyone will read this so i'm posting this with caution. but if anyone actually reads this and is interested in reading more frank headcanons, i'd be glad to write more for him and maybe eventually try getting into x reader stuff.
so, abigail mentions frank abandoning his family. she mentions him leaving his son behind who i’m thinking is around 10-12. i’m also thinking he has a daughter who’s about 4-8.
he loves his kids equally BUT he definitely has a slightly softer spot for his little girl bc of course he does.
met the mother of his children in high school and married her when they were both in their second year of college.
he dropped out of college in the middle of his third year and decided to become a police officer.
speaking of family, he has two sisters, one younger, and one older. he also has an older brother. he’s definitely upset about being the middle child, especially when he was younger.
his older sister was definitely the family’s second mom when their actual mom wasn’t home, whether she was working, at the grocery store, on a walk… literally whenever.
frank and his siblings were raised catholic but his family was hardly religious. they only went to mass for christmas and easter.

since i'm going to attempt to start writing again, i should probably try to be clear about who and what i'll write about (at least for the time being). i guess this'll be the post for me to do that?
SO. for the time being, i'll be writing for eddie and steve (obviously), i'll probably try to keep writing for jack delroy, and now i'm also gonna try to write for frank/adam barrett from abigail (if anyone cares lol).
i also wanna say that my main focus for now will be headcanons since that's what i'm most comfortable with. maybe eventually i'll work up to blurbs and other cool stuff.
