This is my bestie. Plz support her
I wanna jump on here really quick and remind everyone that you don't have to be perfect to be your best self.
People make posts about 'becoming your best self' and they're saying things like;
-You have to work out everyday
-You have to read at least one book every week
-You have to have a huge skin care routine
-Find a style and stick with it
Now thats just a few examples and some are a little over exaggerated. The point of this post is that we don't have to listen to everything social media says when we are looking to become our best selves. or in general. I think a lot of people forget to take social media with a grain of salt. I see so many girls getting caught up in this sort of thing. I am in no way saying that the accounts giving out advice or girl blogs are bad, I follow quite a few personally.
I want this account to be about that and my interests and life. I want to remind people that not everyone is perfect it's practically impossible since everyone has a different idea of perfect.
It's okay to miss a day of working out because your tired, just get back up tomorrow and go for it.
It's okay to have a bad day at school or work.
It's okay to be sad, angry, and upset.
It will be okay if you forgot to brush your teeth last night.
It will be okay if you change your style or don't have a specific one.
Regardless of what happened today, there will be tomorrow, next week, next month, and next year.
