Just because it's normalised and other people do it too doesn't mean it's okay- wtf??? And the fact people agreed with them 🚩🚩🚩

Coming back from my break for a moment to post this shit. I am also blocking the name for privacy reasons. First, it is in my opinion that spam liking is unhelpful for artists/writers in comparison to spam reblogging and commenting. This is my personal opinion and just because your opinion doesn't correlate with my own doesn't mean you hold superiority over mine. This person doesn't follow me, interact with my work, etc. However, they thought it appropriate to comment rudely on my fic because of my reason for blocking those that spam like. This is my blog and I'm allowed to put my boundaries just like anyone else. This person had in their bio to 'block if you don't like my blog' and they should follow their own advice. It is not hard to be kind.
