Think I fucked up. Idk my actual cw but in Feb I was 120lbs. Going by that if I were to get to my ugw by September (going on a school trip out of the country) if need to lose 40lbs. My exams start next week so I don't want to have too big a deficit until they're done at the end of May. So that's 3 months to intensely work to drop 40lbs. But my birthdays in there too somewhere and my parents would be suspicious if I restricted too hard. I can get close but idk if I'll get there

If someone has lost more weight than you, stay focused on yourself. If someone else is eating less c@lories, stay focused on yourself. If someone stays at the gym longer, stay focused on yourself.
So many times we create a competition in our head that other people don’t even know about. Instead, let’s focus on what we’re doing.
If you’re in a c@lorie deficit, working out and drinking water, you’ll get there. Just because it takes you longer, doesn’t mean you just give up. So what other people are losing faster? Isn’t this about you? If competition discourages you, stop making it a competition.
