I barely post but I wish to tell all of you fabulous babies out there during quarantine that all of you are fabulously beautiful and we can get through this. Sometimes when I don't have anything to pick at I end up wanting to make something to pick at. I know it's a terrible idea and I haven't done it and I don't plan on it because I know it's bad. But I still want to pick bad enough to think that. It might be a mix of self harm related intrusive thoughts and dermatillomania brain.
I just want to know if anyone else has had any similar thoughts because it's making me nervous. I hope all of you are doing alright and please be safe <3

Step 4: Once you have all your items of choice put them all into your box! 🌟
Step 5: Whenever you feel low, anxious, scared, alone, angry or distressed. Go to your box. It will always be there for you when you need it.
Remember - This is YOUR box. Fill it with whatever makes you happy. Some more suggestions could be; bath bombs, lavender oil, hand cream, a blanket, fluffy socks, snacks, pictures of loved ones, a puzzle game, arts and crafts items.
