To add on: in TGCF, the Sinner’s Pit arc chapter title scheme is “Dallying Hualian, Night Fall in Sinner’s Pit.” Even if they aren’t named in the canon, they still have their ship name incorporated!

Character/animal/object: has a fuckass name

Reason: character in the story is terrible at naming things

Like the peak of this is obviously SVSSS with "stupid name? Blame Airplane!"

But like "Fairy is a silly name for a dog because Jin Ling inherited Jiang Cheng's stupid way of naming dogs" is also great

(I love the names that's just how it's treated in canon)
