Why is it much more easier for me to make friends when I was younger?

Nowadays, making friends is the most awkward and difficult process of getting knowing each other. It took me a while to get used of someone’s presence. I hate making friends as I get older, I just get along with people I known since years ago.

It’s not like I hate having friends, I just hate the process of making friends.
