This girl is inspired by nebulas and the little talks music video. the amount of childhood memories packed in that one music video 💕💕

introducing molleodyth the mother of stars. She goes by molly for short. She is apart of the colossal covey and has been one of the first members.

She is one of the largest colossal's her form is so large it is incomprehensible to most of the ground dwellers minds so she has more than one form. one is humanoid while the other is dragon like.

Molly is very wise and soft spoken. she resides in the quieter areas of earth. she loves hanging around beaches the most she loves the ocean. Shes treasured by sailors and pirates and has shown up in some of their tales and sea shantys. In return for their kindness she helps guide their way with her stars.

tho she is popular among sailors she is hated by a handful of other dragons. They feel she has turned her back on dragon kind and favors the ground dwellers

im unsure atm but molly might be the gal to give vanya her gem

also headcanon: dragons dont learn how to speak beastclan language till their older but they can understand most beastclan language when their young

How did they meet?

Dr Heebie: "She broke into my house."

Dr Jeebie: "I was just feeding my newest creation when I heard an annoying, stupid voice"

3. What were their first impressions of each other? How does that compare to their impressions of each other now?

Dr Jeebie: "A rich fancy pants who turned me into some sun fearing monster. No understanding about the wonders and curiousities of the world. Nor understanding that being able to go out in the day was a must for my line of work!...... but a pretty good cook especially for a guy who only eats dishes with blood"

Dr Heebie: "A very weird woman. Loud and stubborn. Despite this I recognized the mistake I made. She'd only speak to me if I was a cat. Present day I feel our impressions have improved greatly."

5. Do they get along? Why or why not?

Dr Heebie: "Its easy to get along when you have common interests... like harassing werewolves on their 'moon of peace' cycle."

Dr Jeebie: "Fancy pants can actually be fun when hes not complaining about vampire rules and maners"

26. How would these characters react to being stuck in a small room with each other?

Dr Heebie: "Ive slept in numerous coffins small spaces do not bother me. In fact it is probably the perfect time to rest or chat."

Dr Jeebie: "Freak out."

27. How far would they go for each other? Would they risk their own lives for each other?

Dr Heebie: "Ive broken numerous rules as well as blown past personal comforts. Im surprised myself over my actions given in the begining I had wished she'd go away, that we had never met. I hate using such a beastly form as it isnt very classy and my suits are ruined but it is as if I had no choice in the matter that night."

Dr Jeebie: "I immediately asked when I get a monster form like that."

buttt for fr tips and my own personal process

I often write out my comic like a story that way if its a longer comic I know how things are going to go. If its a shorter story though you can skip this and go into storyboard/plan mode if you feel confident

For example page 11 from a comic im working on with Master Weevil master of evil

Step 1 the story excerpt

all the way from my samsung notes app

"Tecton never stopped his glare, but I was used to it. He never liked my relationship with the villain. Partly about how long it had been going on behind his back. Partly for the PR nightmare it could create.

"I think Prisma should be to one to contact him. She did it last time and I believe a familiar face will be best." He flashed that condescending smirk. "Ok but what's our bribe? Villains will never work for free." Atlas perked up flipping through a tablet's screens. "We don't have a lot of resources… too much is being spent on helping our heros recover. We could try to get the government involv-" "No no. I think Prisma will be able to strike a fine deal with Master weevil… or get a quote I suppose." Tecton chuckled leaning further back in his seat."

Step 2 plotting out the pannels and dialogue

I would say plotting is the most important part as this is where you figure out how the scene is going to look and what text you are going to use to help it. Comics are fun because its easier to show not tell but that doesnt mean you cant accidentally show and not tell enough. Dont be afraid to add little tags to tell locations or times.

Dont get caught up in making these tiny plot pages look good. They dont need to as most likely youll be changing something at somepoint. So dont waste energy on simple planning.

One thing you should pay attention to is numbering pages and making sure any dialogue you write is with the proper page. This is from personal experience as Ill work on a comic for a little, forget, then come back so its best to have things clear.

Step 3 and onward

Sketch your page and place out the dialogue bubble. You may change up some lines or pannels at this stage to better fit in what you need and cut what you dont.

The rest is straight forward! Line, color, shade, etc!

overall your writing process for the comic will vary. Im more on the art side of comics so my writing isnt as detailed as my art ends up showing.

Hope some of my rambling helps and if I can give any final wisdom its to have fun! Comics become hell on earth if you dont have at least a little fun.
