Well, people on here are more likely to like a gay ship more. Plus, and this is a purely subjective opinion, but I do not like femRover's design, at all. She's just far too naked for me. The third point is less subjective, more speculative: I find it highly likely that Scar's actions just do not seem as aggressive when directed at a man. I can easily see how the same scenes with a female may be more unsettling for irl females than the opposite.

I agree! The only people for whom it is okay to mention this is for us Ukrainians but only when we mock Russians who parrot their propaganda's bullshit about us being a "lost sheep" or whatever. And even so, I am feeling vaguely like Shan Yu from Mulan is going to appear in the corner and stare at me disapprovingly each time I mention again that Moscowia was created by a Golden Horde khan long after Kyiv Rus was established (and Shan Yu isn't even a Mongol!). It feels like an insult. Lets call Russians Russians and judge them for what they are today. It's actually so funny because just today I read a post about why Putin did not meet up with an important social media guy (the one who created Russian VK and after it was taken over by the government to spy on people he moved away and created Telegram with the specific intention of it not being possible to use to spy). The message quite literally read "it's because Putin is an old-school KGB agent and simply does not comprehend how important Durov (the guy) is; it is incorrect to compare him with Trump, who uses Twitter, interacts with bloggers and had organised a takeover online". And then I go here and read this. The perspective decides everything, heh? 😁

(just to avoid unnecessary back-and-forth: I am not saying Trump is some sort of Internet guru or something, but expressing my amusement at the comparison of the two posts with completely opposite opinions that, however, do not actually contradict each other)
