maybe that's the thing about getting older—you'll learn to close some doors, not because of pride, but because of protecting your own privacy & peace of mind. you'll realize that not every shape will fit, that some things cannot happen.
maybe growing also means accepting and choosing to look forward, even if you walk with your broken pieces in your hands.
