Chapter 8: Kick his ass!!!

Chris Redfield x Male reader

summary: Self explanatory, you guys are there to kick weskers ass!!!!

“So that’s uroborus.” Sheva speaks “god dammit Wesker, he’s actually serious about destroying the entire planet. “He always was a determined man.” You guys make your way down stairs as you look over to see commotion on the screens. 

“Wait.” Chris walks over tilting his head. “That must be what he’s gonna use.” You spoke as you kept an eye out behind you guys just in case. “Makes more sense. Wesker!” Chris shouts as he points to Wesker on the screen. “There he is come on let’s go!” You both follow Chris as you begin running down the dark hallways. 

“Jill’s calling me hold on.” You pick up the phone as you answer. “How you holdin up pumpkin?” You ask with a laugh as she gives one back. “I’m fine don’t worry about me, there’s something I need to tell you. Listen carefully.” Chris and Sheva move next to you paying attention.

“Y/n you know his strength comes from a virus but it’s unstable.” You squint your eyes as you all continue listening. “In order to maintain a balance he must inject himself regularly with a serum.” Sheva buts in “so if we cut the supply of serum he looses his strength?” “Affirmative, but he just took a dose so it’s gonna be awhile before he needs another one.” 

“That’s not time we have.” You spoke “Listen Excella said the amount has to be precise. So if he injects too much it should act like a poison. I think she used a serum labeled: PG67A/W.” You look at Sheva as you hand Chris the phone. 

You guys begin searching through the case. “Jill, Jill!” You could hear the line breaking up. “Shit.” You hand Sheva the injection. “Chris, this is it.” He looks over as you all nod. “Let’s give it a shot.” 

“Just like he always said, he’s planning to spread this fucker worldwide.” You cock you gun turning the safety off. Of course you guys reach a room that was already going into lockdown because a fire apparently. Just your luck. (Skill issue get good)

“Come on come on!” You shout as you guys rush down the stairs. The floorboards begin to open. “We’ll never win in a fair fight, we need to fall back!” “Agreed!” You guys begin to go the other way. Not being in control, like the old days. 

You begin to sneak down the hallway giggling to yourself. “Oh, y/n!” Wesker speaks with a bright smile as he begins to chase you. You run around and around the outside of the lab as you accidentally run into Spencer. He stops dead in his tracks as he looks at you angrily. 

“I-I’m sorry sir.” You bow down as Wesker does the same. “Take him I’m tired of this.” His assistants grab you as Wesker pleads for them to stop. “Please he didn’t mean it!” Wesker begs sadly. But to no avail you get taken into a dark room.

You shake your head vigorously as you awake in a elevator. “You okay sir?” Sheva asks you nod “sometimes I go on autopilot and zone out for awhile, I’m alright though.” They both look at each other than to you. “Come on.”

You guys make it to room as you ready up your guns as Wesker makes it known he sees and hears you all. 

“You’ve really become quite the inconvenience for me.” You grin “Glad we can agree on something.” He throws his glasses to you as you dodge his first rush attack with a backflip. Chris comes in throwing a punch as Wesker moves to him.

He throws Chris roughly to the ground as Sheva tries to help out ultimately being thrown to the ground. As you ready up for a fistfight Chris tries to shoot Wesker. He dodges as he rushes behind you, before you can even respond he had you in a chokehold. 

You try to rip him off but you fail. He lets out the usual ‘im saving the world speech’ as you roll your eyes pulling yourself down as Sheva and Chris begin shooting at him. You guys get thrown over the edge as the injection falls out of Shevas pocket next to you and Chris. You guys look at each other with a nod.

You sit up as you hand the injection to Chris. “This may be our only chance.” You nod as Wesker flips down to you all. “Things are getting Interesting huh Y/n?” You scoff “did you really think you could defeat me?”

Chris speaks up for you like you used to do for him. “Either way I’m not gonna stop until I’m dead.” You smile at him. “I’ll just have to kill you quickly.” You guys scatter as Chris begins to collect more weapons. “Let’s dance Al.”
