have yeast, salt, pepper, special recipe [hehehehehe] ready. leave dry ingredients and heat water to 110. pour water into dry ingredients or however you like. mix. mmmmmmmmm tasty Look Mr. Bread is here! Ahhhhhhhh Fū3k!!!!!!! It’s like a giant bakery 🤦‍♂️

Best salt to use: Celtic Salt w Italian rustic pieces and very fine (texture)

Flour [sifted]

barbados sugar

When crisping don’t roll in salt until ready, cheers

Aaron and I met at film school many moons ago. He played an important part in a project that inspired me creatively upon arriving in the city of Vancouver. I was lucky enough to retain creative freedom over the project which allowed us to shoot our “guerrilla style” production.

The film was titled “Street 🏴‍☠️ Pirate.”

There was an onslaught of “cocktail producers” and “talkers” which led to us to an independent path. The Documentary Street Pirate (link below) became our “rite of passage” into the documentary scene as well as one of our proudest achievements.

Sarah McCormick (producer) and Masiliso Kongwa (sound) also deserve a mention as it was quite an erratic schedule to abide by at times.
