It's insane how casually the calls to end a genocide, not just the students in Columbia University but pro Palestinian views in general, are labelled as terrorists. The audacity to still publicly support Israel's actions even after the horrific bombings these last months and then turn around to say that the ones who oppose it are violent anti semites is just baffling

just watched a Palestinian baby die in his mother's arms. it was unbearable, scarcely believable, the abject and incessant cruelty they both had been subjected to by the entity and its forces of terror. worse still was the mourning, preserved on tape for a voyeuristic perverse world incapable and inadequate, failing them every step of the way.

i shudder hearing her pleas for her child to wake up. she shook him like a rag doll, begging him. children like Mustafa have been starved, burnt, mutilated, shredded, shot, crushed, tortured, raped, violated infinitely and entirely by the iof and amerikkkan military.

how do you sleep at night, knowing you will live and are perhaps already living among monsters who will return to society after taking pride and delight in the commission of such countless atrocities? how do you look at your own children after condoning all of this? is it because their children are subhuman to you, the superior race?

where do Palestinians take their grief and pain and anger? I am going mad with helplessness and my own inadequacy. Are you not? Are you not?

The thing is that getting Palestine free is both very difficult but not as difficult as getting South Africa free. South Africa had more resources than Israel does, it could hold out so much longer and still the apartheid was ended by people working tirelessly and boycotting and pushing for divestment and sanctions. These methods will work for freeing Palestine too.

I know it doesn't feel like there have been many successes, but all the politicians are feeling the pressure. Pressure that we are able to sustain and even increase as we come up with new initiatives and convince new people to join.

One of the reasons they're resisting our pressure so strongly is because they know that when we see gains we will push harder, we will continue to push until the stones falling becomes a rock fall and Palestine's freedom is secured. They know if we get a taste of the power we can wield we'll turn that onto freeing Congo too. They know we're unhappy and have been for a long time and their very secure system starts to look a lot less secure when we start mobilising to change things.

Hind's Hall is a dope song, its been age restricted and censored by youtube because of course, but its a good song but also is a scathing diss on just the whole system that allows for such violence to take place and ignores it.

Also all the proceeds of the song go to UNRWA.

"I'm tryna see a ceasefire fuck a response from Drake"

Macklemore is at least one musician I can say I respect.

This video was supposedly removed from other platforms. Since I'm only active here and on Reddit, I found it there before it gets taken down from there. I hope it stays up here.

I request you all to keep a copy of the video and upload it if it gets removed. Upload it even if it isn't removed.

Okay I’m currently furious that migraines are often so blindly easy to treat and I had to find this out myself at the age of 26 when I’ve been to a neurologist since I was 11 lol so I’m about to teach you two neat and fast little tricks to deal with pain!

The first is the sternocleidomastoid muscle, or the SCM muscle.

Okay I’m Currently Furious That Migraines Are Often So Blindly Easy To Treat And I Had To Find This

This big red section is responsible for pain around the eye, cheekbone, and jaw, as well as some temple pain. Literally all you have to do is angle your head down a little, angle it away from the side that hurts, and then you can gently pinch and rub that muscle. I find it best to start at the bottom and travel upwards. The relief is so immediate! You can increase pressure as you feel comfortable doing so.

Here is a short and easy video showing this in action

The second is a fast and easy stretch that soothes your vagus nerve, which is the nerve responsible for calming you down. The vagus nerve, for those unfamiliar, is stimulated by deep breathing such as yawning, sighing, singing, or taking a deep breath to calm your anger in a tense situation.

You can stretch this out by sitting up as straight as possible (this does not have to be perfect to work) and interlacing your fingers. Put your hands on the back of your head with your thumbs going down the sides of your neck and, while keeping your face forward, look all the way to one side with just your eyes. Hold that until you feel the urge to breathe deeply or yawn, or until you can tell there’s a change. Then do the same thing on the other side. When you put your arms down, you should clearly be able to turn your head farther in both directions. If the first session doesn’t get rid of your migraine, rest and repeat as many times as necessary. I even get a little fancy with it and roll my eyes up and down along the outer edge sometimes to stretch as much as I can.

If you need a visual here’s a good video on it. I know some of the language they use seems questionable but this is real and simple science and should not be discarded because it’s been adopted by the trendy wellness crowd!

I seriously cannot believe I didn’t hear a word of this from any doctor in my life. Additionally, if you get frequent recurring migraines, you may want to see a dietician. Migraines can be caused by foods containing histamines, lectin, etc. and can also be caused by high blood pressure in specific situations such as exercise, stress, and even sex.

If any of this information helps you I’d love to hear it btw! It’s so so fast and easy to do. Good luck!
