Samsung launched its 10.1-inch Galaxy Tab 4

We has already saw the similar device Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0. The photos which were posted formerly confirms that the new tablet 10.1 Galaxy Tab 4 will be in black and in white body colors.

The tablet will come with a 10.1-inch WXGA display with a resolution of 1280x800 pixels. It is not clear Galaxy Tab 4 will feature a higher resolution display than the existing model or not. Possibly it will equipped with FullHD display of 1920x1080 pixels. We also saw a powerfull quad core processor 400 Snapdragon, Adreno 305 and 2GB of RAM. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 range will be made up of three different models for different internal memory sizes and two different types of networks (3G / 4G). This will include 16GB, 32GB or 64GB plus a slot for microSD cards. Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 also has a 6800mAh battery, 3MP rear camera, a 1.3MP in front and OS Android 4.4 KitKat for all device specifications.

LG launches its own SmartWatch

While the Samsung has a Galaxy Gear2, Sony has its own SmartWatch, even Qualcomm goes on this way, LG fans as before has loose wrists. So in the LG Electronics decided that for two hands must produce the two models of the device. SmartWatch G Arch act as a companion for LG smartphones, and other compatible Android devices. G Health - bracelet tracking, fitness / health and more. Both novelties will be shown in late February at the MWC 2014.

Ultra-thin MacBook Pro

Apple plans to release a 12-inch MacBook with a completely new design and a high-resolution Retina Display. The novelty will be thinner than the MacBook Air and cheaper then current line of MacBook Pro. Expected that the new MacBook will be able to displace ultrathin laptops from Apple, if certainly Air will not become even thinner.

The new 12-inch model with a very high resolution of Retina display (2304x1440 pixels) boasts maneuverability as 11-inch laptops and productivity as senior models. Novelty will operate on Intel chip, instead Apple A8 processor. These changes will make the 12-inch MacBook Pro is potentially cheaper than current notebooks of company from Cupertino.

The new MacBook possesses absolutely new design and numerous changes in the structure that will be the basis for next generation of completely new products. This model may indeed be a new round of evolution for all without an exception Apple computers.

Still no details about the technical specifications of the laptop, but we hope to see them soon. According to rumors, the revolutionary 12-inch MacBook Pro will be available in mid-2014.

Samsung flexes not only their own TV sets, but the soundbars as well

If you own a curved TV or going to get one, then you should know that Samsung is preparing a special soundbar HW-H7500. It will be created based on all existing curved TV models from Samsung and other manufacturers.

Combining it with 55 and 65-inch curved Samsung TV makes a perfect harmony and gives a unique charm to the interior and the sound system becomes one of its kin from the first minutes of adoption.  Of course! the soundbar can be easily plugged to Samsung's 105-Inch Curved UHD TV, but this 4K TV is hardly to imagine itself hanging on your home wall due to the big size and high cost, which is actually about $120K. Connecting HW-H7500 to other brands TV sets, such as curved LG OLED TV 55-inch or 65-inch and 77-inch models, is also possible.

A curved aluminium soundbar has a number of undeniable advantages. The geometry of the device is designed to match perfectly. You can either install HW-H7500 over or under your TV, mount it on a wall or  side-mount, being casual for most of the soundbars nowadays. 8.1-channels Samsung soundbar connects by TV SoundConnect system without cable connecting. It also comes with a two multi-directional speaker units on both sides for delightful sound plus Sammy's proprietary TV remote control.

There are no words about it, but we know it will be unveiled this week at IFA 2014 in Berlin.

Oculus gets us deeper into virtual reality

Our common reality has been already persuaded to change by the first DK1 then DK2 and it seems that this process will not stop in the beginning of it. Oculus is preparing its new powerful VR headset, advantage of which comparing to the precursors is the ability to submerge all your senses in an overall immersion of a real virtual reality.

Built on the basis of Developer Kit 2, a new prototype Crescent Bay is a transitional stage on the way to the next generation of Rift. And this state of DK2 should prepare us to face the new generation of Rift Developer Kit 3, which will be revealed to us a bit later.

Unlike the progenitors, the Oculus DK 3 will have 360 degrees head tracking, an extended amount of positional tracking and integrated high quality headphones fastened on the frame, which makes the sound be as exciting as the visuals. RealSpace3D audio technology used comes as the combination of HRTF dimensional and complex reverb algorithms, which creates a feeling of actual presence right in your own head. Oculus also said that game engine Unity will be set in a Free and Pro versions.

It is expected that the headset will be quite light, and will not cause swelling of the neck during prolonged usage. The performance of the device will be upgraded as well to finally end up with the annoying slowdown of the graphics, which can cause slight suspension of the picture. Prototype Crescent Bay allows you to operate only in a range of about 3 feet for the moment, but hopefully it will be improved in a retail version.

Now Oculus is open to third-party development, which can become absolutely new path of development making VR platform the most stable in the future. Oculus Rift DK 3 will not be perfect, but it must be better than others. We do not know what improvements are waiting for us and when they come in force, but we hope that they will be worthy and timely.

Zotac launched ZBOX PI320 - an ultra small PC with Windows 8.1 aboard

Zotac has already presented us its new Windows PC in August this year. And now this ultra small form factor PC is available for cooperative usage.

Using it instead of a notebook is also useful having a free display on the desktop. LG offers new 4K monitor with an enhanced range of functions ready to amaze you

Forget about the FullHD once and for all. The time of rough technologies, such as 1920×1080 resolution has already passed just as the black and white displays did. 4K is replacing the old formats, after which we can only expect the 8K picture quality and holograms for all kinds of video streaming.

The manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) for Silver Hero should be $399 and Hero 4 Black should cost $499, that is an acceptable price for the both GoPro cameras.
