Lyra, my beloved cat of 13 years, passed away this year on Father's Day. She's been by my side through very difficult times and was my little rock of steady and unrelenting love. I struggled a lot drawing this, and struggled a lot posting it, but I know I would've wanted to read a comic like this that validated my grief for her when I lost her.

my wife and i like to torture each other when we lay down for bed at night by tickling or poking each other. as a deterrent we’ve created an entity called “The Bird” which will attack you as a way to show we’re no longer comfortable with whatevers happening. we’ll say “The Bird is coming” or “The Bird is going to get you” instead of “hey stop doing that” then we peck each other with our hands. here’s a visual to help

oh also unrelated. i dont care for marvel movies at all but the funniest thing ever is that time that thor was talking to the rock dude about his hammer and hes like "yeah i swung my hammer and it pulled me off the ground and i could fly" and then the rock dude goes "my god the hammer pulled you off????" in that little british accent that shit had me rolling
