Ik some ppl who just say “same” or “mood” when I vent and it lowkey sucks ;-;

You know what? Im gonna say it. Saying only ‘oof’ when someone vents or is having a meltdown is not helpful whatsoever. If you dont have any advice simply hear what they have to say and reassure them. Don’t just say that one word when they are on the brink of tears for the love of humanity.
