“MAiD was administered” means these people were killed. That’s the terminology they use. They don’t even refer to it as euthanasia because it has to be covered in a less oblique term so the people that allow this to happen and carry it out can delude themselves into feeing a little bit better.

the phrases "same-day and next-day MAiD" "influence of caregiver burnout" (after preferred request for hospice and palliative care were denied) … truly some of the most evil statements imaginable

Mad about politics again

Kids, because it is all kids and teenagers, who identify as RCTA (race change to another) don’t realize they’re racist because they’re all white kids who think the only form of racism that exists is “I hate people of color” and don’t know about micro aggressions, fetishization, and cultural appropriation.

They’re also just dealing with very normal teenage insecurities and body dysmorphia, but instead of recognizing that they aren’t happy with how they look because they’re 14, they think that looking like someone else entirely will fix them. Which isn’t a healthy mindset but is super common! But picking their ideal self image to be another race and then becoming so obsessed with another culture that you think you can change into that race? That’s very unhealthy, very damaging to their self image, and entirely unacceptable.

And the few non-white RCTA people are dealing with either internalized racism or are being just as racist as the white ones against a culture that isn’t their own.

And because these are things that originate entirely online, transrace has its own similar but slightly different ‘community.’ Equally problematic, but, in my limited online experience with both circles, seemingly made up of more young adults and definitely connected to MOGAI.

there’s this certain type of person who learns a bunch of leftist “slogans” but doesn’t bother to actually understand them or learn the context around them so they just blindly apply the statement to a bunch of stuff it doesn’t apply to

what ppl defending kids on ipads don’t seem to understand is that there are other ways to keep kids occupied. my mom had a whole bag full of little toys and games for me to play with while waiting in lines at disney world. once your kid is like 7 or 8 they can read a book. they can color. or they can literally just sit there and imagine things. i did that a lot as a kid.

Okay, this is a very nuanced thing to say and I want people to understand that. But it is actually a fairly common afab experience to hate your breasts when you’re growing up, even for cis women. It can be hard to distinguish dysphoria from the upsetting experiences afab kids have during puberty. Growing breasts can be really upsetting, because now you have to change how you dress, people will look at you, and for too many people you will now be seen as a sexual object and that’s terrifying. It’s extremely common for kids who “develop early” or happen to grow larger than their peers to experience sexual harassment from adults, even though they are children. And this trauma or bad experiences becomes emotionally tied to the breasts. I know a lot of people who binded and thought they were trans/nonbinary and ended up as cis women. But I also know people who were out as trans and nonbinary in high school and still are! A lot of trans men, trans mascs, nonbinary people, and cis women can relate to the experience of having really deep discomfort surrounding their chest, but at the core the reason for their discomfort is different. Gender dysphoria vs body dysmorphia, those two are very similar and can be hard to distinguish, let alone when someone experiences both of them.
