Dumb headcanon I’ve mentioned before: I always assumed Huntresses would use those arm implants that last for years at a time. Because, you know, super strength could break latex and they’d possibly be spending long amounts of time out of cities with assured medical supply.
What kind of protection do they use? Condom? Pill? Other hole?
Welcome back guys, gals, and nb pals to another episode of
Sexual Wellness with Riza Today’s topic: Contraception
No method is completely free of risk, and they all have their drawbacks. But please remember to always use at least two forms of protection!

To answer the ask: They both walk around with shields as their primary weapons, they each bring their own protection. Neo takes birth control and Jaune uses condoms. (Assuming they’re both Cis-gender. I’m not against either trans head-cannons)
Will it end with them together and adopting the last 1-3 ‘problem children’ who so happen to have the most trust issues and the strongest or weirdest semblances?
Okay @tsundere-bellwether has me wanting to work on this Redemption AU where Cinder’s a maiden on the run, doing good in the shadows. However, somewhere around Mistral, she comes across an orphanage similar to the one she was from before she was brought to Atlas and after scoping the place out a bit, she finds it’s a human trafficking ring. Particularly, it collects promising children who have gifted semblances.
So Cinder, noticing the town that houses the orphanage is turning a blind eye to the suffering of children, burns the place down and frees about sixteen orphans. However she knows they can’t stay safely in a corrupted town, so she tracks down Jaune and forces him to help her find the children suitable homes (despite her judgmental attitude towards anyone willing to adopt said children).
So Jaune just shows up one night at his apartment after a day of heroic huntsman work to his home stuffed with children running around everywhere and a very tired Maiden on his couch.
That’s probably accurate and its a great thing. But I just keep getting distracted by how weird the modeling for Emerald’s hair looks from this angle.
Yang: *Being Super Thirsty*
Jaune: I NEED AN ADULT!
Goodwitch: *Thirsty Milf* Yes?~
Jaune: Oh no! *Gets dragged off to Goodwitch’s office by Yang and Glynda*
“How could you be so broken inside? To take so many lives...all with that damn smile on your face?!” - Jaune to Cinder, v5
Oh god but if Jaune actually knew the answer to that question tho...
Winter, and maybe Emerald:
What would this be?
Dragontamer?
Trouble Students?
Study Hall?
Lesson Plan?
Yang: *Being Super Thirsty*
Jaune: I NEED AN ADULT!
Goodwitch: *Thirsty Milf* Yes?~

I mean, presumably Tai signed off on Ruby going early, Karen Glass or whatever her fanon name is would never give Cinder legal permission do do anything.
It’s one of those things we’ve never really heard about, and no one ever seems to ask, but this might actually tell us that the Age of Majority is 17 on Remnant.
Emancipation probably would go about as well as calling the cops would, Karen is rich enough to block any attempts, and vindictive enough for Cinder to not risk it.
The chain of events Rhodes was likely going for here would be:
Train Cinder until she’s a legal adult.
Hope that she’s capable by the time she leaves the hotel, since Karen sure-as-hell wouldn’t let her leave with any money, and also:
Have Cinder do what most people assume Ren and Nora did, take some qualification exam since she doesn’t have a combat school record.
Enroll Cinder in Atlas
???
Cinder happy!?
I feel like I should note that I don’t defend this plan, and all the waiting around involved in it, this is just what I think Rhodes plan was.
cinder was told she had to wait till she was 17 to take the huntsman exams but ruby got in early
Oh yeah that was a thing, wasn’t it? Well sadly, Cinder wasn’t a prodigy and I doubt Rhodes would have the balls to argue to Ironwood for her.
I seriously keep wanting to write a fic that starts with this, and they just end up landing within sight of each other.
Then they have to trek an indeterminate distance together to get to the evacuation point back at Beacon or back to Vale. Jaune wouldn’t have a clue who she is at this point in canon, I think?
Feels and bonding would happen, I have no idea what would happen once they were wherever they wanted to go though...
It’s not just that they both lost someone at Beacon. It’s that they couldn’t do anything to stop it.
Job satisfaction is important. Neo knows it’s important to have fun with your work.
