I started with 1 hours 3-4 times a week now I workout for 3-4 hours at least 3 times a week. Iβve only been in the gym for 3 months but every month I bring up the intensity and I am slowly seeing the changes. I make my own natural protein shakes with oats, bananas, sweetened milk and other things. I also take maca root and seek out exercise routines for womenβs weight gain. You have the magic hour for you to ignore, that special time after your workout where your fat burning powers are in overdrive, that sacred time the losers (weight losers) treasure. Ignore it, wait that hour out and whatever you eat after that hour will stick where its supposed to!!!! πππππ

Fuck motivation. Itβs a fickle and unreliable little state that isnβt worth your time. Better to cultivate discipline than to rely on motivation. Force yourself to do things, to get out of bed, to go the gym, to work harder and smarter; force yourself to do stuff when you donβt feel like doing anything. Motivation is fleeting, and itβs easy to rely on because it requires no concentrated effort to get. Motivation comes to you, you donβt even have to chase after it. Discipline is reliable; motivation is momentary. The real question isnβt how to keep yourself motivated, itβs how to train yourself to work without it.
