Important Announcement to people who commissioned me

I was walking my dog in our neighborhood today when I spotted what looked like a stray dog wandering the street. Not sure if it was a certain neighbor’s or not (sometimes their dog gets loose, they’re harmless though), I continued to walk with caution. I then got clearer look at it as it walked toward us, and saw it wasn’t a dog I was familiar with. Then the dog spotted us, more specifically, it spotted MY dog. It bolted over, and I could tell by its body language, it was going to get aggressive with my pup. Thinking quickly, I hoisted Audi (my dog) over my head to keep her safe. But, the stray dog continued to snap at her, and in process of me trying to get away from it, hopped up, and bit right into my arm, right by the elbow joint. I screamed, not just because it hurt like hell, but because I felt something tear. One of our neighbors was luckily outside at the time, and rushed me into their home, effectively saving my life, along with Audi’s. I took a look at my injury, and saw it was deeper than I feared, with a good bit of my flesh torn off, showing something very WHITE. Which was great for my anxiety lol. After checking my pup to see if she was injured at all (thank god, she wasn’t) my neighbor drove me home. My girlfriend, who is a nurse, took a look at my wound, and to my dismay said, “I see bone.” Cue the panic attack   My girlfriend rushed me to the ER. Turns out this dog was in fact a neighbor dog that wasn’t trained properly. Luckily, what she thought was bone turned out to be a layer of flesh, but the wound was too big to get stitched. So, a cleaning, an x-ray, and a few rabies shots later, I got patched up and sent home with a week’s worth of antibiotics. The neighbor was also very apologetic and said they’d cover the medical expenses (my gf on the other hand wants to sue them into the ground lol). But, I won’t be able to use my arm, my DRAWING ARM for a while because of this. Plus I need to get another round of shots in the next two days. I’m honestly more pissed than in pain. This was something I REALLY didn’t need. I can’t work on my commissions, I can barely write, shit, TYPING THIS DAMN MESSAGE IS A PAIN IN THE ASS. So yea, that’s what’s going on with me, sorry for anyone messaging me if I respond slower than usual, if at all.

I will update everyone on when I’m healed up enough to work on everyone’s commissions again, which should be in a couple weeks. I hope you all understand
