Happy Godzilla Day! 🖤

The film theatrically released to Japan Audiences November 3rd, 1954. It’s depiction of violence and sorrow in the face of nuclear devastation is powerfully moving. Godzilla is a metaphorical- yet very real monster here, and this is why it’s one of my favorite movies. I would recommend giving the original a watch! (Be mindful the Japanese and American translations of this movie are very different.) 🖤

You mean to tell me a bunch of kids in your town either murdered a newly hatched Murkrow or destroyed a Murkrow egg? And they weren't punished because it was a Murkrow?

Holy shit, your town is fucking evil.

It's not evil! It's just making sure everyone's safe. Thst murkrow would have grown up to be a thief and problem causer.

Also, no one got in trouble for it because the adults didn't know it happened. A few found out they were by the river, so a couple of them got in trouble for playing there without letting anyone know where they were going, but none of the adults even knew about the murkrow. You can't punish someone if you have nothing to punish them over.
