I know we all love our cute cinnamon roll Deku with his mumbling and pure heart, but the last episode really emphasised how truly terrifying this boy is. Deku's determination has been commended multiple times by many different people, seen as a way for other characters to feel motivated and inspired to be better heroes and people. However, ultimately, this determination serves as the main reason why he's so terrifying. In the last episode we really got a clear image of how far Deku will go in order to achieve a goal he has set (the training camp arc, and sequential fight for Kouda really fleshes this point out to a ridiculous degree). Saving Todoroki was the only thing on his mind, he didn't even think about the future consequences, but only whether or not each injury would hinder him from continuing to pursue his goal. Frankly the lengths he went to, absolutely destroying his hands so much that he required extensive surgery, should be something that should terrify most people, especially villains. Here's a kid fresh into the academy who can take breaking his bones multiple times over with only a grimace, while also coming up within genius plans on the fly under pressure and pain that surpasses what most people will ever experience in their lives. Villains often rely on their ability to terrify people with their capacity to inflict bodily harm and death without flinching. The threat of huge amounts of pain is bound to make most heroes pause and lose momentum for a moment out of personal fear. However, how are you meant to scare a fucking kid who doesn't flinch at breaking his body apart for a mere school contest?? The thought of going against anyone like that is terrifying, and it's reflected in the faces of the other students and spectators. Especially Shinsou. The look of horror on his face isn't just of seeing such horrible injuries. No. It's of seeing self-inflicted injuries out of pure determination without flinching on the opponent he just faced. He's only just realising the lengths Deku would go to succeed in his goals, and the pure strength he wields. Shinsou didn't know how powerful Deku really was, but he's just realising that, out of spite for being manipulated, Deku could've sacrificed a finger in order to shatter any part of Shinsou. If Deku was determined to do it, it definitely would've happened and Shinsou would've been powerless. That's fucking horrifying. Deku wields a power that can destroy buildings and his body with ease. And he's willing to do that in order to fulfill his goals. Not only is the sight of his broken body horrifying to most, but the knowledge that if this boy had a reason to turn his back on society, on being a hero, they would all be fucked. Here's someone willing to sacrifice everything for a goal decided mere minutes before the match, imagine what he could do with years of planning and control of this destructive quirk?? Deku is truly overlooked for people like Bakugo and Shinsou as villains in the manga/anime, and that definitely needs to stop because if Deku became the face of villainy, no one could stand against his tactical mind, pure power, and single-minded focus.
It's so pure hearing them say each other's names in various exasperated and happy tones. Then you reach the Claw arc and all of a sudden they're screaming each other's names and it's just. Let my children be happy!!
every time mob and reigen say each other’s names
(reigen says some variation of “mob” 52 times, mob says some variation of “shishou” 31 times)

Mrs Emily Axford, stepping up to the plate despite her previous apprehensions to romance in dnd: oh I’ll treat Ayda right, Brennan, don’t u worry about that
Sophomore year ep 6 ends so terribly and it was absolutely NOT something Brennan planned AT ALL. Like he was so excited to introduce his new character Garty, made specifically to make the chat go horny wild god bless that genius creator I salute him, and he wanted that episode to explore this new character and his place in leviathan.
Then Fabian’s SERIES OF UNFORTUNATE HUBRIS EVENTS went down and that all got yeeted out the window.
By the end Brennan was like please, please for the love of YES? take this mysterious Aguefort character and just chill the fuck out. You destroyed Garty’s chance to be the Cool Guy and main attraction of the episode so I’ll give u Ayda and a second chance. Please treat my daughter right
-Drax's infectious laughter through the whole movie. -Additionally Drax's continuous ineptitude for social interaction, especially with Mantis. -Gamora truly becoming Space Mum and suffering the whole time. -The entire family dynamics within the team and the fact romance was vaguely alluded to, but wasn't more important over family unlike most other hero movies. -Kraglin being the Best Boy!!! The purest character in the movie who deserves only good. -Groot being brilliant comedic relief, but ultimately also being a 3D character who pulls through in the end. -More trAGIC BACKSTORY FOR ALL!! -Nebula having the best redemption arc and the saddest reasoning behind it all. -#Let Gamora and Nebula hug more 2k17. -Also someone give Rocket more hugs because he suffers too much. Real revelation of his character and his scene with Yondu fuCK!! -Yondu = true dad and hero of the movie. -FUCK EGO AND HIS STUPID FUCKING ASS HE CAN BURN IN HELL FOR WHAT HE DID TO PETER!! -Movie should be renamed "The Incredibly Shitty and Horrendous Time in Peter Quill's Life". Let him rest. -The unabashed hints and references dropped. Every five seconds they references someone and it was amazing. -The soundtrack once more! -The reference they did to the first movie where Groot freezes while dancing when Drax sees him. -Groot. That's it. He was amazing. -Mantis and Drax's incredibly weird but endearing platonic relationship that I hope stays platonic forever because it's too good. -Someone must tell Mantis she's beautiful every day this girl needs it. -Teach Mantis to smile and love herself !!! -Big Sister Gamora must take Mantis under her wing and teach her not to take shit from anyone. -Dad Peter at the end with Groot. Takes after his dad Yondu. Next he'll threaten to eat Groot. -The inappropriately times jokes. There's so much more good parts to this movie but I've rambled on too long already. It must be watched!!
Mysterio: we are facing beings from the foundations of the universe that make up the elements. We simply call them...Elementals
Me: alright calm down you drama queen Captain Planet wannabe. A:TLA did it first
Disregarding all of the psychological and deeply personal reasons Deku’s quirk shocked Bakugou in their first battle, his reaction is justifiable. I would be whacked out of my fucking mind too if the weedy kid in my class who couldn’t even talk back suddenly could breAK ALL OF HIS BONES AND NOT EVEN FLINCH.
Middle School Bakugou: *throws (1) punch* “HOW DO YOU LIKE THAT DEKU?!?!”
Deku: *bawling his eyes out* “K-Kacchan please”
High School Bakugou: *exploded half a building* “YOU’LL ALWAYS BE A USELESS NERD!!! NEVER A HERO!!”
Deku: FUCK YOU YA BASTARD I DON’T FEAR DEATH *blows up arm and the rest of the building*

I know this is super late but is there anything cuter than everyone in the party immediately trying to heal/buff Fjord up after he got all his health sucked away by the Freaky Demon Mosquito??? Everyone respects Fjord as the only party member with enough charisma to cover their bullshit, but they are so aware of his fleshy body and tennis wrists that they can’t help but try and frantically protect him whenever possible. Big mood is Caleb sadly attempting Mage Armour to give Fjord more AC and saying softly, “sorry big guy” :(((
