The Beauty and How I Manifest
I feel like my life after loa hasn't been the easiest, but I can control parts of it. And I think that's really beautiful, because I can do whatever I want and it's so easy?
I remember starting out with the law, and not believing in it. Doubting, overconsuming, and wavering, but after a lot of persistence and faith I finally got here, which I think of as pearls from pressure
Truly speaking, it's been such a wild ride and I am so for it, knowing that it's not just one day I'll master the law, but everyday I'll learn something new, and maybe incorporate it, maybe not. Either way they are new ideas, each so beautiful and abstract
Surely I won't like every single one, but the thought and the faith of people who do should be enough for you to respect it, and acknowledge it's own unique beauty
These days on Tumblr, and any site which has a loa community, there are so many wonderful people, ideas, and just the love and bond.
But sometimes we truly forget how easy it is, and we overcomplicate a process which is literally thinking?
You don't have to do every single method, enter the void, or anything. It's just your thoughts and what you believe, and you can do anything, and it will work out no matter what
Honestly, I just thought I'd share how I manifest, and really how easy it can be.
If manifesting something simple, or something I have less resistance to and that I can accept easily; the 3D doesn't challenge me much: ๑ Decide I have it ๑ Let go ๑ Whenever I think of it, just remind myself it is done
When manifesting something more complicated, or something I can't easily accept; the 3D challenges me: ๑ Decide I have it ๑ Do a quick 2 minutes meditation every hour to fulfill myself (should I record one and post it on tumblr? maybe...) ๑ Affirm 10 times every hour, and vaunt whenever I think of my desires ๑ Live in the end ๑ SATS (if it's urgent)
But the most beautiful thing? The 2nd way of how I manifest, is hardly ever because now I now my power, and how easy manifesting is.
And after all this being said, a pretty little announcement is, I'm taking a break from tumblr so I can develop my views and beliefs through practice, and so I can share my new discoveries and takes on the law, and actually apply
I'll still be on here responding to DMs but not more than that, which I hope you can understand.
I'll respond to asks every 2 - 3 days, which I think should be sufficient
And I will make a post about what I realized, once I'm fully back. The best advice I can give you though, is that get off tumblr and live your life because that, is actually the easiest way to manifest
the goal was never to “manifest”
as long as you see this journey as a way to get your desires, you will fail.
it was NEVER about “manifesting” something, it is about knowing who you truly are, and becoming free! no thoughts, no feelings, just pure being-ness. and with that comes the ability to change anything you want to your liking, but you are NEVER getting anything, if you still believe that, you are NOT understanding awareness.
YOU HAVE TO DO IT YOURSELF!!!! you have to experience it yourself to understand, because it CANNOT be explained in words
how many times do i have to say that?
New rules: everything I manifest comes out 10x better than expected
In the pursuit of optimizing both mental and physical well-being, neuroscientific research offers valuable insights into specific practices that have long-term benefits. Below are four highly effective habits supported by science that you can incorporate into your daily routine to improve brain health and overall wellness.
1. Practice 20 minutes of diaphragmatic breathing every day
Diaphragmatic breathing, also known as deep breathing, activates the vagus nerve, a crucial component of the parasympathetic nervous system. This type of breathing helps reduce cortisol production and lowers heart rate, creating a state of calm. Over time, regular practice of diaphragmatic breathing can significantly reduce chronic stress, improve emotional regulation, and enhance cardiovascular health.
Scientific support: studies have shown that consistent diaphragmatic breathing can alter the body's stress response, leading to long-term benefits such as lower blood pressure and improved heart rate variability—an indicator of cardiovascular resilience.
2. Engage in moderate physical activity for at least 150 minutes a week
Regular physical activity, especially of moderate intensity, has profound effects on brain structure and function. Exercise increases the volume of the hippocampus, the region of the brain associated with learning and memory. It also boosts the production of endorphins and dopamine, which enhance mood and reduce symptoms of depression.
Scientific support: longitudinal studies have found that individuals who maintain regular moderate to intense physical activity have larger brain volumes, a reduced risk of dementia, and better cognitive function compared to those who lead a sedentary lifestyle.
3. Listen to classical or instrumental music while studying
Listening to classical music, such as the works of Mozart, can increase alpha wave activity in the brain, which is associated with a state of relaxed alertness. This type of music stimulates the release of dopamine, a neurotransmitter that enhances motivation and focus.
Scientific support: research has shown that listening to classical music can improve concentration, memory, and learning ability. Over time, regular exposure to this type of music can enhance neuroplasticity, making it easier to learn and consolidate new information.
4. Regularly consume foods rich in choline, such as eggs and broccoli
Choline is an essential nutrient that plays a key role in the production of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter crucial for memory and learning. Regular intake of choline through diet supports brain health and can improve synaptic plasticity.
Scientific support: studies have indicated that adequate choline intake is associated with better cognitive function and a reduced risk of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s. Over time, a choline-rich diet can support memory and protect the brain from age-related decline.
hi pink! how are you! honestly your recent posts have inspired me to fix my void concept and honestly learn more about the law but i rlly struggle with reading neville's work. like i just finished reading at your command and it was honestly super good and has given me an understanding of the law and how consciousness is our true reality and how we need to turn to imagination BUT it took me forever to read despite only being like 50 pages because I don't understand his word choice and how he talks. so I have to keep rereading the same few lines to really get it. Is there anything you can recommend?
Hi love! How have you been? I completely understand what you're talking about, his words are kind of hard to understand at first. Personally, I think everything you need to know is perfectly explained by @sexydreamgirl in her loa guide. I definetly recommend reading it because it just covers everything you need to know perfectly as well as her answers to this ask and this ask. I also highly recommend @blushydior 's how i manifested my dream life with extremely hard circumstances+how you can too (HIGHLY RECOMMEND, HELPED ME OUT A LOT DURING MY OWN JOURNEY), @fleurlx's post about letting go of the old story, and @charmedreincarnation 's post on how time doesn't exist. Honestly, if you read all these posts, you are good to go and all you need to do is apply. Good luck love!! 💗
The best part of being authentic is that there is no image to maintain. You will delight some and disturb others, and none of it will concern the truth of your being.
Small post but significant to me.
Today I dreamed about SP for the third time in a row, but the dream wasn't pleasant this time. I woke up with a lot of anxiety and kept affirming that what I dreamed meant nothing and that wasn't my reality.
I'm a bit down but not enough to end up spiraling but I'm going to take it easy and not talk to anyone who can make this worse. I'll have a self care day and affirm while doing calm things like watching a show or something. I really feel like staying in bed but mostly because I couldn't go back to sleep again.
I must thank @angeltearsxoxo for her wonderful LoA Help Bot because talking to it helped me calm down, ground myself and remind myself to take it easy and that SP is already with me. This dream was just a test from the Universe and I'll not back down from persisting because I'm sure about my feelings and about SP and I being meant for each other. I just want to tell the creator of this bot a heartfelt thanks and that her bot is wonderful and helpful to everyone. Keep on the good work!
