i think i somewhat get it now, the people coming into your ask box or a good handful of people read your post to simply get their desires and get out of what miserable situation and i cant lie thats what i did at first too but whenever you told me to let go of the ego and i did i stopped caring and i know this body thats typing this out right now isnt me, and someone can say “i want to experience something better” thats still their ego bc self doesnt want anything when its infinite ( i would say that self simply has preference but thats not true either its just awareness) but i was freaking out the other day when i (human mind) wanted to experience something better than her current circumstances) and i thought me going through my daily life would mean im still aware of me not being what i want but those are still egotistical doubts/worries so whenever i drop it and just be aware being this person i wanna be no matter what these human eyes show me i know im my ideal self. and almost everytime i have used i in this ask it wasnt really self and i know im not really this “ideal” version of my”self” either. sorry for how long this is
Yes, that's exactly what's going on. I'd correct you only on one occasion, the Self has no preference. No likes, no dislikes. The Self is love and love alone. People only feel a certain way toward their egos because they think it hinders them, because they haven't understood they are not it yet. 'I AM' can have no preference toward anything, add Vanessa or add Lara it is all the same to awareness. It loves both in equal measure because they are both its creations, both made up, existent when it wants, non-existent when it doesn't - there is no difference between them, they can hinder the self in no way. Same with the world, when you know it is there when you want it there, and in the way you want it - all you can have for it is affection.
But people confuse the 'you' with ego (Vanessa) and again try to 'manifest' through that. Unless they understand who they really are, that Vanessa is a habit and nothing more- That nothing has existence outside of awareness, including her, that awareness assigns reality and is the only reality - they're always going to struggle to control something and get frustrated they don't see what they think they're aware of. What you're aware of is what you're being. You can't be aware of being something new while also being Vanessa. You are either your Self with nothing attached to it or you're an ego.
Me trying to force Ada to see diamonds where there are rocks is pure insanity. Nothing is wrong with her sight, there are rocks.
To be aware means to be. If the thing isn't it means you're not and that's all the feedback you need.
All the process requires is letting go of thinking you are Vanessa.
"buying the pearl of great price" is a biblical parable from matthew 13:45-46 that neville goddard has frequently used to show how you need to make a complete commitment to your desired outcome or state of being. the parable talks about a merchant who finds a valuable pearl and sells everything he has in order to buy it. neville used this as a metaphor to illustrate how you need to let go of ALL former beliefs if you want to be able to entirely fulfill yourself with your desires.
you have to let go of any belief system that holds the power to control you. you have to "sell" your old beliefs or declare them and valueless and identify with the only belief — you being god. you have to get rid of everything that does not serve you or dictates your life before you can do it.
here‘s the thing: you either believe in the law and that there is no power outside of it or leave it. keep in mind that the law doesn’t cooperate with other belief systems. it’s because believing in the law implies that you understand that everything is you pushed out. everything, every religion, every spiritual pathway is a product of your imagination, a creation from within.
beliefs/ideologies such as astrology, tarot readings, crystals, hinduism, buddhism, karma, numerology, christianity, witchcraft, the law of attraction, islam, judaism, and so on are all the physical embodiment of your imaginative work — if you fully "commit" to the law of assumption. they will always conform to your assumptions about them and only ever be what you make them.
you are the only operant power. there is no spiritual power that can exist outside of you. everything exists because you do, because you are. and it’s your job to identify with your infinite abilities!
that’s why it all loses meaning once you accept that you create everything. suddenly, things aren’t predetermined and you don’t actually witness things the way you do because you are a libra but because of the assumptions you persist in.
you are still free to practice any other belief. i mean, if witchcraft seems fun to you, you can technically use it to your advantage, right? i don’t want to condemn people for practicing other beliefs because you can adjust any belief to your liking and — if it fulfills you — why not?

hi! i just personally want to talk about my spiritual journey and what i believe in now!
i learned about the law of assumption back in fall of 2021 after my first ever crush chose another girl. i was a little upset but i wasn't depressed or anything. but i still wanted to find myself and find the confidence i needed. so i looked into subliminals. i knew about subliminals from a few content creators and them saying that they're not real or anything.
but i still wanted to listen to them. so i started with a cyber y2k typa glow up (the thumbnail and vibes gave the cybery2k streetwear vibe) and i got results ofc but i desired more things and listened to more. ngl, i was obessed with them and i decided to stop listening to them for awhile.
i then discovered the law of assumption around late fall, early winter of 2021. i over consumed a lot so i didn't really know what to do. i then started reading and listening to nevilles readings and audiobooks and i understood the concept of law of assumption more. that's when i learned the concept of states.
i was always in the state of being fulfilled and knowing that i already have what i desired (living in the end) but i felt like the states acc on twitter gave me mean girl vibes and thought they're better than the ones that use affirming and persisting as a method. and i also felt like the law is kinda limiting in a way. one states acc on twt said that we don't actually make the rules in our lives and its all under the law. i did not resonate with that at all. so i looked deeper and deeper until i saw one of my former loa moots on twt talk more and more about non-dualism. the acc on here is : @awarenessis
she was talking about how we are awareness and how awareness is. i was so confused by that cuz what is "is" yk. but i still looked deeper into her acc and other non-dualism accs on here such as @lains-reality and @consciousnessbaddie. i understood more and more clearly. i learned that knowing that you're awareness is it but experiencing being awareness/god is more fun since we're god/observing our human bodies. also, i learned that all of this is what we created and what we're aware of.
the most important thing for me was learning that the only way to truly get it is experiencing being awareness/conciousness. i felt so freeing and limitless (cuz we are tho)
i feel so complete rn. i still resonate with some loa methods such as subliminals and affirmations tho but i know my power now and what i am capable of.
if you want to know more about non-dualism here some guides:
disclaimer: I am personally transcending all teachers and concepts. and am embarking on my own journey, and that is what I will focus on sharing here on my blog, if it doesn't resonate, that's okay.
In the pursuit of optimizing both mental and physical well-being, neuroscientific research offers valuable insights into specific practices that have long-term benefits. Below are four highly effective habits supported by science that you can incorporate into your daily routine to improve brain health and overall wellness.
1. Practice 20 minutes of diaphragmatic breathing every day
Diaphragmatic breathing, also known as deep breathing, activates the vagus nerve, a crucial component of the parasympathetic nervous system. This type of breathing helps reduce cortisol production and lowers heart rate, creating a state of calm. Over time, regular practice of diaphragmatic breathing can significantly reduce chronic stress, improve emotional regulation, and enhance cardiovascular health.
Scientific support: studies have shown that consistent diaphragmatic breathing can alter the body's stress response, leading to long-term benefits such as lower blood pressure and improved heart rate variability—an indicator of cardiovascular resilience.
2. Engage in moderate physical activity for at least 150 minutes a week
Regular physical activity, especially of moderate intensity, has profound effects on brain structure and function. Exercise increases the volume of the hippocampus, the region of the brain associated with learning and memory. It also boosts the production of endorphins and dopamine, which enhance mood and reduce symptoms of depression.
Scientific support: longitudinal studies have found that individuals who maintain regular moderate to intense physical activity have larger brain volumes, a reduced risk of dementia, and better cognitive function compared to those who lead a sedentary lifestyle.
3. Listen to classical or instrumental music while studying
Listening to classical music, such as the works of Mozart, can increase alpha wave activity in the brain, which is associated with a state of relaxed alertness. This type of music stimulates the release of dopamine, a neurotransmitter that enhances motivation and focus.
Scientific support: research has shown that listening to classical music can improve concentration, memory, and learning ability. Over time, regular exposure to this type of music can enhance neuroplasticity, making it easier to learn and consolidate new information.
4. Regularly consume foods rich in choline, such as eggs and broccoli
Choline is an essential nutrient that plays a key role in the production of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter crucial for memory and learning. Regular intake of choline through diet supports brain health and can improve synaptic plasticity.
Scientific support: studies have indicated that adequate choline intake is associated with better cognitive function and a reduced risk of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s. Over time, a choline-rich diet can support memory and protect the brain from age-related decline.
