discipline goes a long way
stop ignoring yourself. fix your posture, get a new hair cut, do your nails, take care of your skin, brush your teeth, drink water, eat foods that give you energy. get strong, stop looking sloppy. when you feel good, you do good. invest in yourself.

I know a lot of people struggle with this, this is the same for me, but I've overcame the severe part and I'm here to share some tips to stop feeling embarassed about everything.
୨୧Undestand you can't control everything୨୧
This is so important, cause it lifts a lot out of weight off your chest, undestand that sometime things are not always dictated by your actions, you may just play around 30%-70% of a role in your circumstances, but it's never always 100% . So dont put all the blame on you.
୨୧Will this matter in 5 years?୨୧
Always ask this question to yourself, "Will all of this matter in five years?", if not avoid overthinking it and if you can't help it, scream, cry and journal or record youself while you say everything out lout, but don't treat it like something that it's going to matter in a range of five years, especially if you are young.
୨୧show up for yourself୨୧
It can be as simple as a face mask, cooking a new meal or taking a shower, but you need to show love to youself and to relax your mind and body, writing love letters to youself can be very useful for when you need uplifting affirmations, try to create a comftable envirioment to relax.
୨୧do what you can do best୨୧
Part of feeling embarassed comes from our inability to compleate certain tasks or a feeling of inadeguacy, doing something that you are good at it's going to help you remember that if you are not good at this, you are good at that, or that your value didn't decrease, because you still have other skills to offer.
This is all for today hunns, I hoped this helped you, I will make a mini series with all my advices/guides so if you want to read more guides and tips make sure to stay in tune with this blog, and if you want more advices or simply ask a question you can click the "advice" button on my profile! I will gladly answer you, I hope you'll have a beautiful week xoxo gourgeous!
"well, you can tell Jesus that the bitch is back."
Confidence can get you incredibly far in life and make everything a lot easier; I consider myself a really confident person, so here are a few tips that might help you get there! <3
Eliminate toxic people. I don't care if it's your best friend, boyfriend, or mom; if they are stopping you from being the best version of yourself, it's time to say goodbye.
Fix your posture! Confident people have good fucking posture, and sweety, I just know your posture is not it rn, so please straighten that back.
Do what makes you happy. Who cares what people have to say about it? If it's good for you, do it.
Tell yourself you're that girl. Nobody will believe it if you don't do it, so hype yourself up!
Practice eye contact. I can just tell someone is confident if they can look me in the eyes while having a conversation. It seems much harder than it actually is; pick one of their eyes and just focus on it while you talk.
Speak with tone and expression. Talking in a quiet and monotone manner doesn't necessarily make you look insecure, but talking with expression just sounds more confident.
Make your hand visible. When you hide your hands, it makes you look insecure and uncomfortable.
Mind your own business. This one is really simple; I don't think I have to explain, lmao.
Don't tell people your insecurities because 99% of the time, they didn't notice them before you pointed them out.
Accept compliments. If someone says you look good, don't be like, "oh nooo, I look AWFUL" just say thank you and accept the compliment :)
Stop over-apologizing. Only say it if you actually did something bad or feel sorry.
Visualize the person you want to be. It's pretty simple, think about who you want to be, then think about how that person acts, their routine, how they talk, etc., and slowly start adapting those habits.
Don't be nervous to ask for help. Instead, change your mindset; people want to help you!
Authenticity radiates, be true to yourself, and you will attract good people like a magnet.
No one is out of your league if you act like it. This entire 'league' thing is made up, so don't put yourself in a box.
Trust yourself. You have a bad feeling; you know it and act on it. If you feel like something is not right, it's probably not. Trust yourself.
Stay calm under pressure. It's crucial to not freak out under pressure; even if you do, try acting as if everything is under control.
When entering a room, don't be on your phone. Look around, introduce yourself, greet people, etc.
smile more :)
walk like you know where you're going, even if you don't lol.
Live for yourself. Constantly work on not caring what other people think. If you like it, you post it. If you want to go there, go. If you like that outfit, wear it. Make decisions for yourself, not for others to validate you. It's your world, and every decision you make is because you want to make it yourself!
✩‧₊*:・love ya ・:*₊‧✩
• Remind yourself that you can literally just change whatever you want about yourself
• Make a plan: How can I achieve this? Which steps should I make? How long does it take to achieve this?
• Ask yourself why you want to change your personality: Are you doing it for career opportunities? Do you seek validation in others?
• Remind yourself that you can literally change any thoughts, feeling and emotion. You can decide to not be angry or sad anymore. You can decide to not overthink anymore.
• Inner mind first: You can change your style, makeup or hair all you want, but if you don't work on your triggers, trauma or insecurities, you will still be the same person. Work on your mind first, then the rest will follow.

´ It girl ` guide magazine 🎀☕️
hiii💋 if you want to start your journey of becoming the best version of yourself, you have to create habits for your daily life. in this part of the ´ It girl ` guide magazine i will tell you all about habits and how they will improve your life.
1. optimize habits you see on social media to your life. in the age where social media is part of our daily life’s, we are constantly trying to be influenced. try to optimize habits you see on the internet to what you need and to what you think would help you.
2. start small. if you want to include new habits into your life, you have to start small. let´s say you want to read 50 pages per day but normally don’t read a lot. try starting with ten pages and increase the amount over the span of a few weeks.
3. reward yourself. find a way to reward yourself after you stick to habits an amount of time. what worked for me are check lists. it´s not only a ay to stay organized, but also the feeling of checking every habit off is so satisfying to me.
1. don’t go on your phone for 2 hours after you wake up. our brain is constantly confronted with information. if the first thing we do is go on our phone, our brain will be overwhelmed. it will not only change the first few hours of your day, but also the whole day, because your brain won’t have the continuous urge to go on your phone. (the same thing works at night - 2 hour before bed, no social media,)
2. wake up earlier. this will give you more time to ge ready for the day and leave you more time to start the day calm and relaxed and not in a hurry.
3. move your body daily. you don’t need to go to the gym or do hard exercises. it can be something light, like going on a walk, stretching, yoga, running.
4. plan your day. planning your days, weeks or months can help you get an overview of what you have to do. it will also improve your time management a lot!!!
5. clean your room. a clean room helps you have a clear mind. if you clean your room everyday for a few minutes will prevent your room to get so messy that you have to do a very big deep clean.
6. reading books. and with reading books i also challenge you to not only read fiction but also non-fiction and classics. this will improve your vocabulary and your knowledge, wich can also help you at school.
7. get 8-10 hours of sleep. i know for some people this sounds impossible, especially during school, but try sticking to this for a few weeks and you will see and feel the differences.
8. do your homework or assignments done as soon as you get them and don’t procrastinate. this will improve your time management a lot.
xoxo 💋
ps. one of the next parts will be about time management🤫
ughhh i wanna have a mini skirt, platform flip flops, coconut body mist, pigtails, gold anklet, glitter tattoos, daisy dukes, french tips, tan lines, body glitter, fruity drinks, key west kitten summer🐬🫧—but realistically, it will probably be more like a teen idle summer iykyk
