bunny's 60-day glow up challenge ❤︎
hi my loves! my birthday is right around the corner and i want to end the year strong, so i thought it would be a cute and encouraging idea to host a challenge for all of us glow-up girlies! the steps for the challenge are very simple and customizable, and they give plenty of space for low-energy days. this challenge is all about trying your best to remain consistent in your goals, not to strive for an impossible "perfection" but instead to build trust in yourself that you can show up for your beautiful self and achieve the glow up that you deserve!
steps for the challenge:
pick three habits or things you want to dedicate time to every day
write a sentence or two on why you want to focus on these habits so that you have motivation and inspiration to complete them on hard days; this could include a basic "why" or you could write out specific goals you'd like to achieve through these habits
write out three different energy level variations of the habits so you can achieve your habits even on low-energy days
optional step: write an intro post sharing your habits and goals with everyone! you can use the tag #bunny60days to connect with others doing the challenge and hype each other up with accountability and love - you can also tag me and i can cheer you on hehe! 🥰 otherwise you can simply keep track on your own using a journal or planner or whatever works best for you!
optional step: write daily (or weekly) check-in posts sharing what you accomplished on the different days of the challenge, what you'd like to improve on the next day, or just a general update on how you're feeling. remember that this is a feel-good challenge, not a shame-filled one, so be kind to yourself and use this reflection as a way to show compassion and empathy to yourself 💕 again, you can use the tag #bunny60days to track your progress and see how others are doing!
the only very important rule for this challenge:
if you fall off and don't complete every habit you've written down in a day, do not start the challenge over, just pick up from where you left off! remember, this challenge is about building self-trust and resiliency - this means that you won't let one bad day or break in a streak stop you from continuing your habits. being "strong and hardworking" doesn't mean doing everything perfectly from day one, it means picking yourself up when you fall off course and trying again even though you may feel imperfect.
why only three habits?
when we do challenges, it's so easy to want to accomplish everything all at once, from working out to sleep schedules to everything in between. however, when you eventually burn yourself out or don't complete everything on your super long list of habits, shame is bound to follow, and shame does not make healthy soil for a beautiful plant to grow. starting off with three habits with different energy levels is a good way to ease into habit building while still feeling challenging enough to be interesting.
i don't know where to begin! can you give me an example of some habits or goals?
absolutely! if you'd like an example, you can check out my own personal goals for the challenge here. i'll be participating too, so you know that you have at least one person joining you in your glow up! 🥰 there is also a blank template below for you to use for your own glow up adventure.

GLOW UP GUIDE FOR 2025⠀
READ: On average, it takes more than 2 months before a new behavior becomes automatic — 66 days to be exact. And considering that 2025 is precisely these many days away, why not start with our glow up plan already?
Physical Glow Up-
BODY
— 5-10K steps a day.
— 7-8 hours of sleep.
— workout everyday for 1 hr atleast- yoga/stretching/pilates/cardio. a workout may take one hour, but your mood will be boosted for the next 12 hours.
— posture training.
— sunlight exposure after waking up for at least 10 minutes.
NUTRITION
— 2-3 liters of water every day.
— limit your caffeine intake.
— avoid sugars as much as you can.
— high protein diet, pre and probiotics.
— more fruits and veggies (+ green smoothies if you like).
— no junk/processed food/trans fat.
— no eating after 8 pm.
SKINCARE
— be clear on your skin type (oily, dry, combination, sensitive).
— once you're clear, use these accordingly- cleanser, toner, targeted serum, eye cream, moisturizer, sunscreen (≥50 spf).
— keep your bedding clean as well.
— no picking of skin on your lips, cuticle etc.
— gua sha to help improve blood circulation and lessen toxins.
— cold therapy may take three to five minutes of being uncomfortable, but your energy levels will be boosted for the rest of the day.
— remove makeup before you go to bed.
BODY CARE
— shower every day.
— exfoliate 2x a week.
— use body lotion (shea butter/aloe vera gel/coconut oil).
HAIR CARE
— wash hair 2-3x a week
— oil your scalp 2x a week, at least 3 hours before shampoo.
— hair mask 1x per week.
— never brush wet hair.
— use silk pillow case.
HYGIENE
— brush your teeth 2x a day, clean tongue and the roof of the mouth daily.
— floss daily.
— cut your nails 1x a week, never remove the cuticles.
— glycolic acid under arm for odor and discoloration.
— never use soap on your coochie.
Mental Glow Up-
MINDSET
— set clear goals- define and breakdown your aspirations.
— start your mornings with positive affirmations.
— surround yourself with uplifting content and people.
— be shamelessly selfish to your career and mental health, remove anyone or anything that doesn't align with your priorities and wellbeing.
— boost your brain health by these 4 neuroscience tools:
difficult first: start your day with the most difficult task (cortisol and dopamine are high in the body meaning that your body/mind is primed to work).
rest your eyes: introduce a micro-pause after learning by resting/closing your eyes - will help retain information better.
tomorrow's worries: write tomorrow's to-do list before bed as it is proven to be effective in helping you fall asleep.
find time to play: engage in low-stake play. can be anything you find fun but where the outcome doesn't matter (induces neuroplasticity + reduces stress).
MIND
— meditation might take as low as ten minutes, but your focus will be improved for the rest of the day.
— no social media after waking up and at least an hour before bed.
— keep aside 1 hr of time to read daily! reading a new book may take five hours, but you will keep the knowledge forever.
— journaling, gratitude.
— digital detox once a week or for 12 hours.
— limit unnecessary screentime, unfollow or cut off people you don't want to see.
JOURNALING
— choose a regular time each day to journal, making it a part of your routine.
— find a quiet, comfortable place free from distractions. light a candle if you want.
— allow your thoughts to flow without censoring or editing.
— write about your feelings and emotions to understand them better. write about things you are thankful for to boost your mood. write about your short-term and long-term goals. identify what triggers certain emotions or reactions
— set a timer for 5-10 minutes and write continuously during that time.
— reflect on both positive experiences and challenges.
— make lists, journal your thoughts on these questions.
— journal at night to clear your mind before bedtime, because emotions and thoughts lose their power once we acknowledge them.
— a gratitude practice may take five minutes, but your mindset will be shifted for the rest of the day.
AFFIRMATIONS
— customise affirmations to your needs.
Personal Life-
WEEKLY TASKS
— initiate small changes: begin with small, manageable tasks such as making your bed or cleaning your room every sunday.
— celebrate your success: reward yourself when you achieve your goals or have a consistently productive week. consider treats like buying flowers for yourself or watching your favorite show.
DAILY WORK
— set achievable goals: establish realistic goals for the day, week, or month ahead.
— track your progress.
— organise your work space, declutter your shelves etc.
— embrace the power of lists: keep a list of tasks to be done and their deadlines. this way, you start each day with a clear plan. to make it visually appealing and motivating, consider using productivity apps like evernote, habit tracker, or notion.
PRODUCTIVITY TIPS
— wake up early.
— plan ahead everything, do scheduling. you can use:
google calendar / notion / tasks .
— if the task takes less than 2 minutes to finish, do it immediately.
— countdown rule, if you are procrastinating, count 1-2-3-4-5 and jump.
— start slow, don't rush and try to do everything at one time.
— follow a proper routine, use app locks based on screentime.
— pomodoro technique, 25 min work, and 5 min break.
— schedule longer break times as well e.g 30 min nap.
Physical Health You've heard it before, but it cannot be said enough. Exercise 3/4 times a week to release endorphins and help regulate your mood. Stretch regularly to improve mobility and flexibility so even when you age you body will remain fit and healthy. Eat your fruit and veg to ensure your body gets the nutrients it needs. Drink water every day, buy a cute water bottle to keep yourself motivated. Get eight hours of sleep to improve your immune system and concentration, I cannot express enough how crucial sleep is because while you sleep your whole body is busy healing and learning. Allow yourself to rest when you need it to try and avoid burnout. Keep on top of your personal hygiene (I will be posting a separate series on this)
Brain Health Eat foods that hep your brain such as oily fish, whole grains, berries, leafy greens. Your brain is the most important organ in your body so look after it! Practice concentration by meditation to improve your focus. There are loads of great apps for meditations such as headspace, or you could just find a YouTube video. Your time and focus is the most valuable thing you own but todays consumer-based society is destroying our concentration. Work to build it back up.
Attitude Trust me, don't surround yourself with toxic people. It is not selfish to cut off drama, you have to be your first priority. If you surround yourself with people who act badly you will act badly, your surroundings shape you as a person. Don't consume content that makes you feel bad. the TV you watch, the people you follow, the music you listen to, it all shapes your personality and mindset. Don't be afraid to block people, delete apps, follow other people, you control your intake, and your intake controls your output.
drink water
this is an absolute game-changer ! bonus if its warm or room temperature, really gets the metabolism going as well as soothes your throat !!
make your bed
this makes my room look MUCH neater, and gives me peace of mind + incentive not to get back under the covers and doze off again TT
meditation
another thing that calms me down greatly and gets me focused and set for the day, i really recommend lavendaire, her meditations are top-tier and she has several lengths to pick from
morning yoga
debloat yoga or stretching is a must for me, it helps aid my digestion as well as reduce bloating in the morning.
exercise
i like to do either shirlyn kim, april han, chloe ting or momomi workouts in the morning ending with a hinafit's full body stretch that's twenty minutes long. i use chloe ting's workouts as cardio mostly and then a set of targeted hiit from momomi and relaxing pilates from shirlyn kim and april han.
i am also trying to go on walks in the morning as well TT
skincare + dental care
my skincare routine in the morning is cleanser + toner + hydrogel + sunscreen + matte sunstick + lip balm and my dental care routine is herbal toothpaste + fluoride toothpaste + mouthwash. i wash my hands between and before/after steps.
shower routine
i use a pumice stone and sugar scrub in the shower to exfoliate along w baby soap and shower gel to clean up. i apply three layers of moisturizer + coconut oil on getting out !!
reading
in the mornings, i like to either annotate classics or read my weekly self-help book or just read educational nonfiction and take notes in my commonplace journal about them.
journalling
i fill out five affirmations, five things i'm grateful for as well as my intentions for the day. i also write down what would make my day great, as well as habits to focus on (at least three)
planning
i plan w/ my planners, notebook and wall calendar spread as well as notion and a habit app, as well as google sheets.
that wraps up this post, and here is the printable checklist spanning four days

More importantly, you don't need to know which it is to practice self-care.
Self-caring anxiety and overstimulation looks the same:
Recognize you're feeling big feelings
Take as many deep breaths as your need to slow your mind
Identify what’s causing the feeling, whether sensory, environmental, or situational
Minimize that cause as much as possible immediately
Self-caring depression and understimulation looks the same:
Recognize you’re in need of stimulation
Turn on an interesting long-form video of some kind
Do some quick exercise like a walk or jumping jacks
Call a friend that'll let you infodump
If you're neurodivergent and easily get stuck on labelling things — I see you.
I'm here to remind you that you don't need to know what it is to take care of it in the meantime.
You can — will — figure it out later.
always smelling like your desired perfume scent or whatever scent you like
everything being free
being a brand ambassador
being friends with all your desired famous people
being able to speak every language in the world
being your desired age forever
embody your desired “aesthetic”
swapping countries with their architecture
every passport
changing eye colors
superpowers
owning a planet
a special device that warns you of events or tells you the future
being a historical person
being cousins with famous people
being extremely skilled and talented
mogging every model
making racism disappear
being everyone’s ideal type
always being protected
YOU CAN MANIFEST ANYTHING!!

MY FAV QUOTES. — 𝐹rom loablr
❝ the moment you accept something as true in your reality it’s true. the moment you change your mind and accept the unfavourable version, that’s your reality. no matter what the 3d is showing it’s true, if you say so — you are the operant in power, the creator. ❞ — @doemanifests
❝ if you want proof before belief, you’ll wait forever. if you believe first, proof will chase you. ❞
❝ the only thing standing between you and everything you want is the way you react to its absence. the hand-wringing, the despair, the creeping doubt, it’s a full-time job, and it pays in absolutely nothing. ❞
❝ do you check every morning to make sure you still exist? do you investigate gravity before stepping out the door? no. you assume. and in assuming, you make it real. ❞ — @hrrtshape
❝ y’all need to start being nonchalant and calm when manifesting. just decide something and move on. it’s done. not "on its way" it's done. you have it. you came, decided, and it's done. your mind and the world is not separate from you. "but the 3D-" no, "but why isn-" no. it’s done, relax. ❞
❝ you’ve spent enough time wishing, hoping, and consuming. it’s time to take responsibility for your life. stop sabotaging your own greatness with distractions. you have everything you need to succeed: your imagination, your awareness, and your decisions. that’s it. that’s the law. ❞ — @whiteobsidian
❝ can't believe you guys still listen to people who say you are lazy when it comes to manifesting. how tf can you put in work towards something that's already done? ughh in 2025 really???? ❞ — @itsrlymine
❝ your logical mind? it’s a product of conditioning, fear, and societal programming that taught you to “be realistic” and “follow the rules”. but guess what? the rules don’t apply to you anymore. you’re in a whole different league now. ❞ — @nymphaura777
❝ „what’s your shifting motivation?” nothing, i don’t have any motivation because i don’t see it as something i need motivation for. i don’t have motivation to wake up in the morning, i just do. i don’t have motivation to breathe, i just do. i don’t have motivation to shift - i just do. ❞ — @nikashifts
Small things that changed my life
Complimenting people. If you think someone looks good, tell them!!
Prioritising self-care!! I always do my nails, take care of my hair, skin-care. Non-negotiable.
Taking more pictures. Capturing all the little fun and lovely moments and being able to look back at them is one of my favourite things!! <33
Making time to call my friends/family. Catching up with my friends or my Mom, who travels for work, is a must!!
Finding hobbies that don't include my phone or computer. Reading, baking, working out, shopping, journaling, making collages, planning outfits <3
Stretching and working out regularly. Feeling good and looking good? Win-win.
Smiling more. Forced happiness. Kinda like manifesting, lol..
Listening to more music. I always listen to music. Life is a movie; obviously, you need a soundtrack??
Going on long walks. I started two years ago when the whole 'hot girl walk' thing was trendy, and now I can't live without it!! I look forward to my walk all day long lmao.
Hydrating >>> exfoliating. I used to exfoliate my face every day… big mistake… HYDRATION.
Annotating. I've always been an avid reader, but annotating my books has completely changed my reading experience. Love it!!
Self obsessing. In a good way. I'm so in love with myself and you should be too. <33
As always, please feel free to share your own little tips in the comments; I'd love to read them!! <3
