My canon: Neil is super weird, but in a way people don't expect and it catches them unaware. This is clearly foreshadowing for tgr when he just starts lifting people and carrying them away like a sack of potatoes. Cat won't let them go home from the mall early? Yoink. Jeremy stuck with his shitty family? Yoink. Cody looking like they want out of a conversation? Yoink. Neil wants to say literally anything to a camera? Yoink.

Jean I love you and I believe you can overcome any obstacle but also. Most of these obstacles are under 5'8" and you never skip leg day. There is an obvious solution here.
