made an oc :3 based off of my hero academia and the planet pluto + various other things! quirk + backstory explained below
QUIRK: NECROSIS
he can have full control up to corpses (so long as it is fresh, within minutes being deceased) or something as small as a scab or scar tissue. the dead/previously dead tissue must be connected to living flesh. with his quirk, he can take the host's energy and control the dead flesh to grow. this, in turn, will cause the dead flesh to spread over the host's body and overtake the living flesh (all living cells die).
no, scar is NOT dead tissue, it is healed. however, with training his quirk, he can rekill the cells when touching the host. with even more quirk training, he can cause someone's unscarred flesh to die when touching them, but it is straining on his body. when strenuous use of his quirk happens, some of his skin dies as well.
he must be touching the person in order to use his quirk, however he does not need to touch the specific area in order for it to die. he must regularly make contact with the host to keep control over the dead flesh.
BACKSTORY:
born in america, moved to japan to escape something (parents probably, based on myths of the god pluto being eaten by his father). freshly 18, groomed by hero's commission after noticing hidden potential during a high ranking villain attack in which no heroes were on scene. instead of being charged for using his quirk without a license and interfering with justice, the hero commission gave him the choice to instead undergo training to become a hero. he accepted, since he was practically dirt poor (moved to japan because of his heritage, but had no relatives to help him survive). he was trained to become a spy, an underground hero that was sent into famous gangs to disband and bring justice from the inside out.
during one particularly bad mission, he was almost SA'd by another hero and killed them instantly, his leg rotting from such usage of his quirk. he ran away from his mission and left the hero, now on the run as a villain. he took to underground quirk fights, being labeled "king of the underworld" after winning so many fights to the death so quickly. he lives off the money, as he cannot work regular jobs.
i hope yall like him <3

notes
What I like about Yellow Guy is that he isn’t “stupid” by any means of the word, despite what Duck, Red Guy or the average viewer might think. He talks slow, he can be forgetful, and sometimes his words don’t come out right, but he’s consistently shows social and emotional awareness that the other two often lack, even without the batteries.
Yellow Guy is inquisitive, observant, and very empathetic. His brain friends, despite being based on basic concepts, have complex speech and thought. They know exactly what to say to Warren to make him feel comfortable. They compliment him, call him an eagle, and gently help him connect the wifi, which end up making the teacher feel *too* welcomed.
Unless pushed to the extreme, Yellow Guy has emotional maturity that the other two lack. Even behind the mirror as his “slower” self, he asks if he’s “gone wrong”, essentially pondering on whether he should be happier being able to think with better clarity, or being palatable to the ones he cares about. Or, if he should even care in the frist place, since they aren’t controlling him in any sense of the word.
Yellow Guy is the only person who manages to understand the social atmosphere at work, fitting in without effort after mere minutes. He is the only person who thought of saving Duck, despite Red Guy knowing full well that he was still “alive” beneath the ground. He is the only one who knew how to turn on the car, while Red Guy struggled to figure it out. Moments like these showcase a greater depth in Yellow Guy.
Heck, it’s possible that Yellow Guy might’ve obtained batteries/the book in the past, only to willingly disregard them when the pain of reality became too much to bare. Ignorance is bliss, especially when you live in an inescapable nightmare. Even if you seemingly have all the answers, there is always somebody else controlling you.
And, at the end of the day, Yellow Guy wants to please the people most important to him: Duck and Red Guy.
