My theory on how Victim came back.

You remember in AVA 3 I think it was where at the end, TCO and TDL did that stupid move at the end creating a portal to suck in all of Alan’s apps on his PC?

You know, photos, his files, etc etc were sucked in. You know what else was sucked in?

Yea basic HC that like that portal lead to Stickcity, meaning that TDL and TCO assisted in Victim’s revival.
