They are canon
tom and shiv still not being able to move beyond their betrayals of each other vs tom immediately forgiving greg and still choosing to protect him and bring him along with him and even goes as far as to claim him as his. REALLY MAKES YOU THINK!
maybe i’m just being pretentious here but for as thematically rich and layered of a film nope is once you start peeling back the layers i feel like it’s also not a hard movie to quote-unquote “get” if you use like, even just two of your brain cells lmao. jordan peele’s use of symbolism is incredibly intelligently crafted but it’s also like, not subtle at all (and that’s not a criticism i think it really works and he pulls it off really well lol) so the fact that there are apparently people coming out of this film not understanding what it’s about or thinking the gordy plotline is superfluous is genuinely baffling to me
Interesting how he said he *was* a straight man in America ?! So not anymore? ;)
Here is my contribution to the fandom
I call it "The Bi Ted Thesis"
the victoria sponge cake. he gets that cake he gets told that he’s lost a parent. none of his siblings thought about him when they heard their father was dying. they didnt even think of him. and if he didnt get married that day he worried willa might run out on him. he wanted to keep the wedding on so that he could bind willa in their marriage before she could change her mind. and his dad died and his siblings couldnt care less about telling him and treating him like an equal and so he clings onto the last person he has and they get married on that day.
Imagine actually being so evil that you'd rather make sure your writers suffer financially instead of just paying them the pay they deserve. Hell truly has some seats reserved already, holy shit.
kendall embracing roman while pushing his cuts against his shoulder to split them open, offering him both comfort and punishment (and for roman they’re the same thing), roman hating ken and being comforted by it at the same time, kendall knowing it’s what roman ‘needs’ and also using it as a means to put roman in his place, making him subservient and small, roman letting out that groan of relief because he can’t deal with internal pain and emotions so he needs it to be translated into physical pain instead. sick
I have been annoying everybody since I knew this was gonna be made. I knew this was gonna be the year for bisexuals 😌
So sorry in advance about the person I’m going to be when Challengers comes out
alabasta arc is great you can literally pinpoint the exact moment that Sanji realises he’s bisexual
