this one goes out to all my geeks and freaks, the girls and the gays, the nonbinary pals, the guys, creatures and critters, dolls and concepts, gods and songs, creatures of the night and shadow, the beings of light, the insects and the bugs, the folklore and mythical, the fantasy and earthen, the feral and domestic, the objects and object lovers, the plural and the singular, the neurodivergent and neurotypical, the allos, the aros and aces, the sea creatures and the cryptids, the birds and mammals, the reptiles, invertebrates and amphibians, the archetypes and the indescribable.
Ides of March, but instead of Caesar, it's Annatar
Imagine being called out like this lol. I'm slipping but I am really trying this time
This is a post I’ve wanted to make for a while. What with a lot of the discourse.
AGABpunk people with OCD, with intrusive thoughts about morality, you are not terrible people. You are not terrible people for feeling most connected to being transfem, or being transmasc, or being cis. Even if your assigned gender doesn’t “match” what is expected for those labels. You’re also not a terrible person for self-assigning an AGAB. Or for using neoAGABs. You have committed no crime and you don’t need to do “penance” or otherwise make up for your identity.
This goes for if you’re intersex. This goes for if you’re perisex. This goes for if you’re unsure if you’re intersex or perisex.
You don’t need to apologize. You don’t need to do anything to make up for the fact that you exist. Your existence is good.
"Along the shore the cloud waves break
Twin suns sink behind the lake
The shadows lengthen
In carcosa
Strange is the night when black stars rise
And strange moons circle through the skies
But stranger still is
Lost carcosa
Songs that the Hyades shall sing,Where flap the tatters of the King,Must die unheard in
Dim Carcosa.
Song of my soul, my voice is dead;Die thou, unsung, as tears unshed Shall dry and die in
Lost Carcosa."
—Cassilda's Song in The King in Yellow, Act 1, Scene 2. Robert w. Chambers
