truly find it hilarious how many of us are 26 or have just turned 27 like every time I go on someone’s blog, be they mutual or otherwise, their bio almost without fail will say 26. or I’ll be wishing someone happy birthday and sure enough! they just turned 27! it’s at the point where I’m now surprised if I check someone’s bio and they’re not 26. like did we really all just join tumblr at the same time, never leave and cycle through the same fandoms over and over again until we found each other agshskd

i know you’ve heard this so many times it becomes hollow but i promise. it’s the people you don’t expect. it’s the girl who you always see at the crossing while you walk to school. it’s the cat you pet every time you see it. it’s the teacher who you have an ongoing pun battle with. it’s the person you’re not quite friends with, but you did a group project once and you talk every now and then. it’s the little kids who you helped in the schoolyard. it’s everybody whose life you’ve touched in some little way.

Just wanted to put a plug in for one of my new fav websites, Can I Play That?, which focuses on accessbility reviews of video games by disabled gamers. As someone with a dexterity/mobility disability in my hands (carpal tunnel) I NEED games that allow easy and convenient ways to push buttons to do stuff and let me rebind keys at will. I’m now checking Can I Play That? before buying games since their reviews are ++. They include accessibility reviews for deaf/hard of hearing and cognitive disabiliies too.
