Dude, you know I’m doing bad when I escape to tumblr.

now I’m just getting super hungry. I can’t even go 12 hrs with out eating a meal. At this point I’m considering sleeping through the hunger.

tried to fast today. 16 hours in, the room started spinning and i felt extremely nauseous and weak. when i tried to eat, my body rejected it. i cant fast like i used to, in fact I cant fast at all anymore. i’ve gotten to a point where every time that i try to, it feels like i’m dying.

listen to your body. be careful with your body. nourish your body.
