Ok I genuinely believe Frank is capable (and loves to) form really deep bonds with people he loves. Consider Karen -- yes there's wonderful tension there but Frank would keep Karen in his life for the rest of his life even if it never materialized into anything sexual because he fucking loves that woman and, importantly, respects her deeply. Frank is the type to have a really small inner circle because the people who make it there are incredibly important to him. So it's less about what you can give Frank, it's more about how deep the connection feels.

Now, I do think he'd struggle! He's a sexual guy but I think he might discover he's actually a tactile guy and so long as he could have his hands on you -- snuggling, holding, grabbing, etc -- I think it'd scratch an itch for him. He'd be fiercely protective of your boundaries though and I think he'd have to take care of himself quite a bit, though he'd do so by discretely excusing himself after a snuggle session that got him a little too riled up and taking a hot shower while he knew you were comfy on the couch.

You're at the coffee shop and there's a woman trying to haul out the trash while some other male barista is scrolling on his phone and Frank is barking from behind the counter like "You!" and pointing at the male barista so they look up in terror, "take the fuckin' trash out asshole" and the barista is just scrambling to do it because they don't know what's going on lolol.
