hey so, quick podfic/visual novel update; it’s still on the way! we’re still in the process of finding VAs. (Tessa, Uzi, N and a few extras)

Funding has come up a bit short so i’ll be opening up some spots in the discord server for volunteer positions for those who would just like to help out for the sake of helping out. we’re looking for assistance with sound design, music, voice work, background art/coding/sprites etc.

Those i have promised to pay still will receive compensation as it would be disingenuous to say otherwise, though if you’re interested in taking on a spot to ease up the workload, it would be a tremendous help. hopefully we’ll have the podfic itself out by sometime mid summer, and the visual novel sometime in the fall or winter if all things go well.

When summer break starts for me, im gonna start working my Khori ask-blog/ask-seires idea.

Do you ever think about the fact that the reason why Khan is so obsessed with doors is because if he had built more of them and sooner, he could’ve prevented Nori’s death? And that he’s so disappointed in Uzi not liking doors because he sees her disinterest as disregard for her own life and the thing that took her mother away? And that the trauma of having to put his own wife out of her misery stuck with him so hard that when he sees N pin Uzi to the wall, all he can see is Nori’s death and his own failure to protect her? (Doesn’t help that Uzi and Nori are nearly identical)

Do you ever think about the fact that Khan emotionally distanced himself from his own daughter because every time he looked at her, he could only see the ghost of the woman he was forced to kill?

i love when khan represses his trauma because when he has to face it, he immediately ignores it 3 seconds later and acts like everything is normal.

he has a crisis over the fact his daughter is having the same insane visions that her mother had that eventually led to her demise and then acts like none of that shit happened! he has a little pep in his step, he is the fella.
