Affirmations for intrusive thoughts 💭
I am not my thoughts, they do not define me.
Thoughts are just passing clouds—I don’t have to chase them.
I allow my mind to rest and release what no longer serves me.
I choose peace over fear, clarity over chaos.
My mind is a safe place and I fill it with kindness.
I am anchored in the present moment, where I am safe.
I have power over my reactions, even if I can’t control every thought.
Intrusive thoughts are temporary. I am strong and steady.
I trust myself to navigate my emotions with grace.
I release judgment and treat myself with love.
It’s okay to have thoughts; they do not make me a bad person.
Healing is a journey and I am patient with myself.
