(-^  ___ ^-) i’ve had some really nice requests for more information about my original characters that i’ve been drawing lately! i'm so happy! thank you all so much!!! i’m going to make a full post about them as soon as i can, but for now i will tell you that the red head’s name is Nicola and her partner’s name is River! i made this little animation to illustrate their relationship dynamic! <3

I've been visiting my parents at their new house, deep in the wintery woods of British Columbia~ and that always seems to involve my mom wanting a project done??? this time she asked me to paint some colorful beetles onto rocks for her garden! XD

I will always share these kinds of videos because Hank Green takes the time to say the things that I often think about, but even more often don’t really know how to verbalize. This is a video about the overwhelming amount of media content there is, and the impossible task of keep up with all the shows, movies, comics, books, and games there are out there! A topic that often keeps my nerd brain up at night!!! HAHAHAH! when i wake up in the morning the very first thing i do after i brush my teeth and check my mail is draw! so i’m always super stiff! hahaha! (-^ O^-) but i make a little sketch every morning to get my hands warmed up! i didn’t really have a place to post them before... so i guess i’ll post them here! 💜 the first snackrafices! 💙

the purple peeps are the first to go to goo! and, of course, sous chef Steevie is convinced he's contributing positively 💜

the lightness of the purple really doesn't show in my garbage photos~ but I spread out thin purple webs on a very cleaned and greased up counter. this is HOPEFULLY gonna make up the lower color on the base of the tulip petals! (i didn't have a human sous chef so i couldn't take photos while i was doing it cuz i had to been greased up AF)

i also used a VERY scientific method to create a flower template! (aka: cut over and over till it felt right lol)

blue bunnies are the next to goo! 💙

then i made some smaller blue webs and also covered some of the purple webs with another thin, solid layer of blue that was large enough to fit my flower template!

another year! another peepmas!!!! and here we are gathered today for the PEEPENING! where we sacrifice many a colorful peep, in the hot pot of eternal glory, that we may enjoy another GAY year of GAYNESS and find the strength within us all to EDURE THE HORRORS together!!! 💛💖💜💙🐤

this one's gonna be a slow roll i think, cuz i'm endeavouring to create a 3D tulip bouquet with variegated petal colors!!! so that'll require a lot of setting time between layers (plus it's WRESTLEMANIA weekend!) but i'll capture as much of the process as i can! 💗👍
