It’s not just other people we need to forgive. We need to forgive ourselves.

Had a day like this yesterday. Just couldn't talk myself into weights or cardio. So I did floor exercises instead. Still sweat, still work. But it felt like an easier goal.

Working out while laying on the floor isn’t necessarily easier (in fact it can be harder) but it does seem to be mentally easier for those days where I want to exercise but standing is too much.

Sometimes it's the only good part of my day.
