Well that is just fantastic
30 minutes of wind sprints (35 secs on/25 secs off) at 7.7 mph or 12.39 kph and 15 min. yoga cool down on Monday.
And
Weights: 7 different techniques 9x sets each. Mostly standing some squats and a 5 min jog (6 mph or 9.65 kph) yesterday.
Don't know what to do today... but prolly core and some elliptical.

I have a similar saying. I have to often remind myself. People aren't anti (my name) they are just pro (their name or what stupid action they are taking). It helps put some things in perspective. Not everything but some stuff.
