This made me smile. My gym mantra is "Yeah, maybe in four months". It's my way of keeping motivated. I like to imagine how I will feel or what I can do or how much I will change in the next few months. Progress not perfection.

Love this. She has a smile that reads like; she doesn't dress up like this alot and was nervous to do so, now that she sees herself, she is truly impressed and feels better about herself.

I hate that I see this and I think it's a weekly affirmation list...gotta learn to relax more.
