straight woman whose mtf partner is insisting she should identify as a lesbian & she spares no words describing the situation
Today in episode #72 985 of "men are men no matter what they identify as".
Where's that statistic again which shows that most men dgaf about their wives when they get sick?
I think public harassment of ugly women by men needs to be talked about seriously as a form of gender-based harassment just like more stereotypical sexualized cat-calling, as someone who has somehow experienced both lol, they both damaged my self-esteem just in different ways. I feel like people incl some feminists'don't want to acknowledge how much outright harassment unattractive women can face, like "unattractive women are invisible / ignored" isn't always unrue but it's not the whole story,
real! i feel like feminists are sometimes unwilling to acknowledge the shit faced by women who are not conventionally attractive bc they don’t wanna say anyone is ugly, but it is true that “ugly” women, especially fat women, face a unique type of bullshit and harassment that attractive women don’t. i recently saw an insta reel by a fat but otherwise not ugly woman about how terribly men treat women they don’t find attractive and the comments were full of men saying the most vile shit.
One thing that rarely comes up in online radfem spaces, and one which shows the real generational disconnect of women, is health information about menopause and how understudied it is.
Did you know:
-Menopause can cause drastic suicidality and increases in mental health crises?
-Menopause can cause your skin to thin and tear?
-When menopause happens and what to do if it comes early to protect your bone health? (HRT, which can be prohibitively expensive and is controversial)
-Menopause can change the pH of your vulva and vagina and require medical washes?
-Brain fog is often a symptom, and so are memory lapses?
-Women in menopause are gaslit about the severity of their symptoms?
-Perimenopause often lasts several years?
-Hot flashes can be debilitating and painful?
-Your hair often thins?
-Post-menopausal bleeding is a typical sign of cancer that women are not educated on and is often missed?
-Migraines and UTIs can increase in severity and frequency?
-You may experience a burning mouth?
-Painful cystic acne often appears?
-Decreased estrogen means less lubricated joints and often is the beginning of arthritis?
-Your body may not produce enough keratin for your nails to not crack and break painfully?
-Some women can experience panic attacks?
-It can cause tinnitus?
-Lupron can chemically induce menopause?
-Almost all studies on aging do not account for menopause?
I know part of this is about the general age on this website, but I also think it says something about our culture that women’s bodies go through two extremely significant changes and our society is only really interested in the one that it perceives as preparing our bodies for sex and pregnancy.
This really makes one think... Any articles, essays or book suggestions on this subject are welcome please.
I think I'm addicted to puffy fat nipples. What should I do?
why not join the fighter's guild? i hear they're recruiting again. not a bad way to make some money, if you've got the stones for it.
maybe subconsciously but a lot of people really do not believe women are intelligent enough to be funny on purpose, or absurd/ironic on purpose, or make art that makes people uncomfortable on purpose. “omfg how did she not realise how this would come off” she realised. i promise she realised. i’m going to kill you.
in case anyone was forgetting what the church was all about
a man will hold a gun to your head and be like “if men and women are so equal why am i holding a gun to your head 😂”
I hate how a woman's pride and love for her anatomy has been reduced to something political and "terfy". I remember being 17 in an advanced art class that just happened to be all girls and making vulva pendants necklaces with each other, and I doubt any of us had any inkling of what radical feminism was or what trans exclusionary actually meant.
In a world dominated by phallocentrism and only sexualized depictions of the female form, it's important for young women to learn to love her body without having to sexualize, commodify or objectify it. Let us love our body with only pure love, and let us show that love through art, without demonizing us for it.
So this " straight guy" solved a problem for sexism which feminism couldn't ..
Gee ! Just have a mini penis ....simple
No vagina,no problem!
Apparently ,vagina is badly designed ,secretive and makes women unhappy !!!
Women live in shame because of their poorly designed anatomy ,wow ! what a genius..
Sometimes i wonder what it is, men are more retarded or more illiterate .
