I FINALLY got a ref of NEO Spamton and with my friend's help because I spend MOST of my LIFE TIME on his damn sexy heels.

So in this battle, rather him being puppets by other. Deadass don't know how to fly with his new wings!! The blood veins doesn't hurt him, just a bit itchy. And that helps him balance in the air and basically imagine you trying to teach a baby bird to fly. The battle mostly go as normal route beside the fact that there's ACTUALLY audience watching the battle. But they aren't audience from this world. His weapon is more like a rifle now. Rifle powered by soul.

funky facts:

He's 250 cm / 8 ft 2 in. (I changed fit fom 170 cm because I thought he literally stole someone legs. Or that legs used to be from someone else but now Spamton fused with it)

He still hanging around garbage zone. It's calmer there. And he still speak the same if you encounter him. Exception being [hyperlink blocked] sound like he's unintentionally mocking you or aggresive compressed scream (in angry happy way).

NPCs said he rarely come to his mansion and rather go off to some obscure place.

Would be kinda funny if Kris commented how he's so well-dressed for someone who "live in garbage can", he just simply answered that he stole the clothes. Which is kinda true.

I intended to make full anatomy of Thrawn one day but that been an uphill battle between me and the World(tm) so his anatomical notes is basically scattered doodle I have. He is a biological machine functionality wise. Less mundane and more the way he desceibe everything. Extra note but he DO have tail. It is stumpy and short.
