I actually plan on remaking the drawing now so you’ll be able to see the remake I do! Oh I really loved it honestly and still do, I just remember being so excited to see the Celtic Nations as I never saw anybody write them much especially all of them. Anyways I’ll stop talking now before I write like a paragraph on accident. You’re a good writer I will say :D
So if anyone remembers when I talked about how I joined the Countryhumans fandom and the tags on that post, I said that I drew fanart of one of the scenes of a one-shot I liked.
That one-shot I made fanart of was called “Hawaii and the Celtic Nations” which was written by Weirdestarrow. I don’t know why I drew fanart, I could’ve actually just commented on the one-shot but I just thought at the time “what if I drew fanart to show my love for this one-shot” and so me at the time did exactly that!
Which I never even posted the fanart ever and I unfortunately don’t have it anymore because I deleted it (as I didn’t like the way I drew it and I didn’t like my art style at the time either)
It’s Éire before an unfortunate event happens!
Lordship of Ireland!
I also decided to experiment a bit with my art. the nose, eyes, and hair were inspired by old Irish art I was looking at the other day!
Kingdom of Ireland! I had fun drawing him, especially drawing the léine.
Éire agus Baile Átha Cliath/Ireland and Dublin aka Éire and his favourite child(/j)
I had no idea that people made Gaelic Ireland as a person, which makes no sense either as well, I’m surprised no one ever looked into what Gaelic Ireland was when making them a person. I actually have seen people personify Ancient Greece but I haven’t seen that in years so that might’ve changed now. I sometimes feel as if people just don’t want to look into anything because if they did then I suppose they wouldn’t have that in the first place.
I have no clue what to title this but you know something that has always confused me? It’s when I’ve seen people make Éire’s parent the IRA(Irish Republican Army), or the IRB(Irish Republican Brotherhood) OR OR SOMETIMES JUST HIMSELF?? LIKE ÉIRE BEING IRELAND’S PARENT DESPITE “ÉIRE” IS JUST IRELAND’S NAME IN GAEILGE.
I wish to understand why I’ve seen some people make Éire’s parent or parents those people.
Also wouldn’t Éire need to exist first before the IRA and also the IRB to exist? And it’s not like I’ve seen these people mention another Ireland personification before that Ireland.
I don’t know it just confuses me
I’m thinking about writing and posting my Éire hcs here, because I have an entire list that I still need to finish writing.
Éire in the 1800s! I don’t really like this drawing but I spent a lot of time on it so I don’t want to delete it.

I know I said awhile back I was going to do Éire hcs but I actually finished N.I’s before him. so N.I it is!
1 - Northern Ireland is blind and deaf. He was born deaf, but became blind during WWII when a bomb blew up in his face.
(He did die from that! However he came back to life due to he isn’t disappearing anytime soon)
2 - He has a dog. He loves her a lot.
3 - Northern Ireland refuses to see Ireland and Britain as his parents. He doesn’t want anything to do with them and he’ll only talk to them if necessary.
(However he is close to some people on Éire’s side of the family. Those people being Down, Fermanagh, Antrim, Londonderry/Derry, Armagh, and Tyrone. He also sometimes talks to the other counties. N.I and Wexford don’t get along though.
He isn’t close to anyone on Britain’s side)
4 - When he became blind he needed help to get around, so county Fermanagh helped him out the most! Fermanagh stills helps Northern Ireland to this day.
5 - Northern Ireland had a twin, whose name was Southern Ireland. The two were quite close but were opposites in many ways.
6 - He’s bicurious
