me when marc and steven are simping over each other and im just third wheeling everytime we’re all in front together

I just saw some people on TikTok saying that Steven don’t have a hard life …
Excuse me?! Are we watching the same show or …? I’m not saying he is the most tragic character but stop downplaying what he is going through like before he was just treated like shit by everyone around and he was still trying his best and now his life has completely gone south and he can’t do anything. Literally, he can just watch and do nothing .
And a point that a lot if ppl don’t think about is that the guy has DID . DID is a trauma based dissociative disorder meaning he’s been through some shit . Here a quote from the Wiki about this « A person with DID does not actually have multiple personalities but rather a lack of one integrated identity. This is caused by compromised brain development, which results from chronic trauma in childhood. »
moving home to find out that my brother has fallen into the classic white boy in high school joins jrotc and boyscouts and suddenly starts making ableist and nazi like comments was not on my bucket list this year

You should try supporting endos or at least listening to some endo perspectives if you’re interested! We have DID but from the endos we’ve interacted with, many of them genuinely do not fit the criteria for DID/OSDD, still feel and function as plural, and are just trying to live their lives in peace <3
There’s always room for more pro-endo DID systems (like us!) in the plural community!
i actually really do want to hear endogenic system's perspective. i have a post a bit ago where i asked a few questions because im genuinely curious about their experiences.
i kind of personally go by the idea that the two communities should be completely seperate especially since one is a disorder. i dont really care what endos do outside of what i see from them interacting with disordered systems, most of my anti endo posts are actually based on interactions ive seen or had with endos who come into other spaces and try to start arguments and whatnot.
endos are all about not invading other community's spaces until it comes to traumatized systems that just want a place to post about themselves without endos
truly pissed off by endos trying to take over system punk
System culture is the clown alter. :o)
.
Thank you for sharing your perspective. It really is appreciated.
why tf do endos treat being a system like its an identity that you can pick and choose to label? why do they constantly push the transphobic rhetoric of using "traumascum" to refer to traumatized individuals that just dont want people to treat their symptoms like its fun?
being plural/being a system is nothing like being lgbtq+ and i really think we need to stop treating it as such
yes we are a community, but this community is one formed on the basis of being traumatized as kids, its not based on something we choose to refer to ourselves as
we need to be there to support each other but not blindly. we need to help spread information to others with the symptoms so they can receive help.
you wouldnt treat people with personality disorders the way you treat systems so why is it acceptable to treat systems this way?
